Bar Refaeli - 2009 MET Costume Gala
Bar Refaeli is sexy in a Marchesa mini at the “Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 4).
The 23-year-old Sports Illustrated cover model wore an asymmetric organza pleated strapless dress with embroidered detail by Marchesa.
Justin Timberlake, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs and Anna Wintour will host the annual gala to raise money for the organization.

#3 I agree the fact that she even got an invitation goes to show how pathetic Vogue is getting. There is no reason why some average catalog model whose only famous for sleeping with a celebrity should be invited to such an event. She is not attractive in the least bit, dumbass Leo should have atayed with Gisele at least he would be with someone who is his equal as far as being a professional.

You people are on some serious drugs, Bar’s the pettiest girl there. I haven’t seen one girl that compares to her, some of the actresses are as good looking in the face but their all two feet tall.
I seriously don`t understand why is she continuously compared to Gisele? The two woman couldn`t be any more different and I honestly don`t see the point in comparing them to each other just because Bar is dating G`s ex.
As much as I don`t like Bar I agree with her fans, she is not ugly. She just doesn`t have the wow factor.

People do not like Bar I think primarily because she has a sense of entitlement. The comments she made about being too good for serving in the army so she could “make it big time.”
Also, many people don’t like Israelis because they are known for being pushy, self-serving, ruthless, and money hungry. They scream at each other in Hebrew like animals and many of them have no manners. Americans have had bad experiences with them for these characteristics.
It is believed she is trying to push her way into the modeling world by using Leo’s fame even though she is not that beautiful, tall, thin, or talented. Leo is on to it though because he usually refuses to be photographed with her and makes the relationship off and on for years so everyone knows it is a bs sexual relationship destined for nowhere. I think people compare Bar to Gisele because Leo did seem to be happy with Gisele, smiled, looked like he was happy, and they seemed to have more in common - but he looks miserable with Bar so they believe it’s a fake relationship - either for publicity or not based on genuine long-lasting feelings.
