Mary-Kate Olsen - 2009 MET Costume Gala

Mary-Kate Olsen arrives at “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 4) in New York City.

The 22-year-old Daytime Emmy Award-nominated American actress is wearing a dress by Christian Lacroix.

Earlier, Mary-Kate was spotted having lunch with boyfriend Nate Lowman at Café Cluny. The cute couple were sipping wine, chatting, laughing, and taking pictures together.

Justin Timberlake, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs and Anna Wintour will host the annual gala to raise money for the organization.

Design high fashion lines such as The Row and a more contemporary line, which is Elizabeth and James. They’re both successful American brands. She also still acts and is the co-CEO with her sister of Dualstar. She also models for Badgley Mischka with her sister.

I wish I could say I like her style, but I don’t. This dress is just too old for her, too unflattering, too everything. And for a pretty girl, I wish she’d smile like she means it. She’s made an art-form of the smirk. She could look so much better!!

Mary-Kate stars in Les Miz - even though she cannot sing.
Ugly dress - it looks ripped at the armpits.
The stupid monkey smirk she is making does not help the dress look better. The peasant hairstyle also does not help. If I saw her in the supermarket parking lot, I might give some change.

This gown is really detailed and just ‘WOW’, so gorgeous. Ashley’s is so plain…yet somehow, the more I stare at Ashley’s gown, the more I appreciate it. I think she had a more original look than MK.
