Rachel Bilson - MET Costume Institute Gala 2009
Rachel Bilson hits the red carpet at the “Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 4).
The 27-year-old actress wore head-to-toe Bally including a rouched seafoam green silk chiffon strapless sweetheart décolleté dress complimented by Bally accessories. Rachel chose Bally python platform slingbacks and a gold clutch to finish off her look.
Rachel was a guest of Bally Creative Director, Brian Atwood.

I think she has a great casual style but she never really brings her game to the big red carpet events. She’s cute but not striking. Her hair is probably her best asset. Her make-up artist should accentuate her eyes more. It’s all in the eyes.
Not liking the hair at all, the dress is ok she’s not the worst dressed. rihanna don’t even wish to comment on that outfit.

Wasn’t the theme Model as Muse? This is what the designer thought of when he thought of her. I think I saw a similar dress on an episode of Cops(hooker was wearing it). Dress looks like it is falling down on the top. Ugly from head to toe. No engagement ring either. Just saying.
I think most of the designers got together and decided who could come up with the worst outfit. They’re probably all laughing their heads off.

That color looks great on her. But like someone said before, she just doesn’t have the boobs to pull it off. The shoes are awesome, but as a whole, she’s very underwhelming. She’s an cute girl, but she should have gone more dramatic to stand out. This is boring. And seeing as how she was a muse for the designer, well apparently he thought she was boring and underwhelming as well.
And to everyone who says that Rihanna looks horrible, well she’s always been a risk taker and the fashion community loves her for that.
