OlderJon Gosselin’s Affair With Deanna Hummel Confirmed?
We told you the Gosselins weren’t done being dragged in the tabloid mud!
The new issue of Us Weekly is confirming that Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad Jon Gosselin, 32, has been having an affair with third grade school teacher Deanna Hummel, 23.
Deanna’s older brother (and roommate) Jason, says of Deanna, “She’s a nice girl, not a homewrecker. He is a bad liar. This isn’t healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air.”
Pictures have surfaced of a bikini-clad Deanna sunbathing on the Gosselin front lawn on April 26 while Jon’s wife Kate was traveling.

Deanna’s brother continues, “A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast.”

You know what makes me mad? The fact that the girls brother probaby only wrote to the magazine or whatever because he wanted his name in a freaking magazine. Wow, this is a perfect example of fame getting the best of a wonderful family…I’ve watched a few seasons of this show, and it’s painfully obvious to me that jon doesn’t do well with it, and would prefer to live a life of privacy. I have to agree with some of the earlier posters: I think Jon was set up. Seems really convenient that there is someone on the porch to video tape him leaving that early in the morning. I have no respect for Kate Gosselin anymore. I enjoyed Season 1 and 2 of the show and i like some of the early episodes of season 3. The show used to be about a strggling family with 8 kids but now Kate is just money grabbing. It is totally unfair that Jon and Kate are getting all these free vacactions and all this stuff done to there house for free. I can not even begin to imagine how much TLC pays them for a episode of the show. I did not see the episode Jon and Kate plus 8: Go green but i watched parts of it on youtube and what really got to me was how Hannah said to Steve “You don’t get a snack, you didn’t take a nap.” These kids will be 5 on Sunday and do not repuire and 2 hour nap in the afternoon anymore. I can understand that the kids would fall asleep in the car after a day out but they do not need a nap. I am gusseing that Kate did not make Cara and Mady have a 2 hour nap in the afternoon when they were 5 or even 4. Even if the kids were 2 or 3 using food as a tactic to make them sleep is not a good thing. Kate leaves her kids hungry if they do not eat and if they do not want there dinner she said there next meal is breakfast. What also got me was on the episode of the sextuplets 4th birthday were they went to make and decorate cupcakes at a bakery. The boys did not eat there dinner so they did not get there cupcake and the next thing that they ate was breakfast the next day. Surely it would have been better if Aaden, Collin and Joel had something in there stomachs other than nothing at all. Also what bothers me is that Kate does not really seem hands on with her kids anymore. On the green episode Mady tried to hug Kate and Kate bascially pushed Mady away. Kate says it is diffuclt with all the kids in the house but she also said that the kids are all in different rooms doing there own things now. She has help all the time so i can not in the life of me understand why this Woman moans. She has a dream life, Money, Gorgeus Kids, Helpers, A wonderful Husband who she treats like a piece of dirt on the bottom of her shoes. What also gets to me about Kate is how rude she is. When her and Jon are on the sofa doing interviews together she buts in on whatever he is saying. Kate even had a go at Jon in season 3 for breathing to loudly.! If his grammar is slightly out of line she moans and it is not like her Grammar is perfect either she makes mistakes all the time so why can’t Jon?

After the 23-year-old, barely out of college girl gets a dose of reality, she’ll back off.

Jon and Deanna state they are “just friends.” Here’s a question for both of them, “Is Deanna friends with Kate?” The answer to that will tell you if Jon’s behavior is inappropriate. Jon will make new “friends” in the clubs. US Weekly will find Jon with the “friends” around 2am at the club. Jon says he shows them his “car” which is code for “peen”. Then the friend goes away because of all publicity - and then new friends come.
Kate gets with the camera guys because she no longer has sex with Jon because of all his “friends”. She has no time to run in the clubs because of the 8 kids.
TLC dumps them because it’s not a family show anymore.
VH1 picks it up and Kate gets her own show similar to “Rock of Love” to find a new guy. They call it “Baby Momma of Love.” Jon is in the show only when he stumbles in 3am very drunk with “friends.”

WOW!! I don’t know if this is true or not, but if so, it was only a matter of time. I have watched the show for the last year and a half, and I didn’t like Kate from the start. She is so rude, she treats Jon like a child not like her husband, and she cares more about how clean the house is than anything else. Did you see the show when she hired someone to play with her kids while she cleaned house…you would think she would’ve hired someone to clean and Kate play with the kids. I think he should have left her before cheating on her, I don’t agree with cheating. I don’t think someone deserves being cheated on, but then I could see why he would. I think that Jon and Kate have changed since the beginning of the show. Kate definitely seems to be snooty and that she is too good for Jon. The faces that she gives while he is talking during their interviews on the show are just mean sometimes. She looks like she’s pretty much saying that Jon is a dumba**. I honestly think that she wants to do the show for the money. I mean could they afford to move to a 1.3 million dollar home on Jon’s salary alone. I don’t think so! So the media is paying for all her lovely clothes, wedding dresses, vacations, and all the stuff they get to do with the kids. Including the huge house. The fame changes people. Kate says they haven’t changed, but if you watch the first seasons and the recent seasons, they have definitely changed. Especially Kate. I hate to say that because I was loving the show. I just feel bad for the kids in all this. They didn’t do anything to deserve this. Jon and Kate should have skipped out on the show and just stayed a normal regular family. All this wouldn’t have happened and I don’t think that their marriage would be in jeopardy. Who’s to say what is really true and what isn’t. We will probably never know the real story.

I’ve seen this coming for a while.
Jon always seems so upset, bored, and mad about the chaos of their children. Yes, Kate may have a temper, but I would think that she is just saying what any mother of 6 toddlers & young school-aged twins would say if the husband is just sitting, yelling at the children and Kate, but not doing anything productive while Kate slaves away cleaning and taking care of the children.
I hope they stay together, but if Jon can’t be the responsible husband and dad, then maybe it’s best for them to divorce.

Its funny how some of the women posters complain Jon doesn’t do his share. I’d hate to be married to them also as they have blinders on about what men traditionally do. Remember Jon was the breadwinner the first two years. He also did all the renovations, repairs, cars and all other manly chore duties of a husband. He could not share these duties if he wanted to because Kate and most women are not able to do them. Men and women are different if you haven’t notice and each are best suited for different roles in a family. I hope he didn’t have the affair and I’m thinking he didn’t unless he was attempting to hide it in plain sight.
Prove me wrong, but I don’t believe any of this crap. First off, I think Jon would know better- a) he’s famous enough to know he’d get caught, and b) I think he’s too devoted to his family. And I think this girl’s brother is a loser for talking about his SISTER having sex!! And what place does he have saying anything to begin with?! My guess is he’s looking for publicity for himself. Jerk. Kate goes away for a week and they just HAVE to come up with a tabloid rumor. Figures.
Are you serious. I bet all you who have commented do not have children. Take care of multiple children all day long and let’s see how your mental status is. I have two close in age and sometimes I think I am going crazy. I tend to lash out too out of frustration. I think Kate is like any other mother out there. She is just on camera for others to see. Get all the facts before you post things and sound inconsiderate.
I think it’s just a ploy. Hasn’t anyone noticed Kate just published a book? This is a tactic to increase book sales. Honestly, I think the whole show is bullshit anyway. My dad had 9 brothers and sisters. I came from a family of 5. We didn’t have sponsors giving us household appliances and necessities for our daily lives.
oh pleeze!…..I’m soooo tired of hearing about poor Jon getting yelled at all the time……he’s a loser - that’s why he’s getting yelled at, he’s lazy a makes more trouble than help….I’d be yelling too if this was my partner…..he couldn’t hold a job - (see former boss story) & he’s always been a pretty hard drinker….& just walks around whinning or with some blank “duh” on his face! He has the personality of a tree stump! She has been making him look good….there’s just so much you can do before a losers true nature comes through!
Kate works her butt off around there…..why do you think those kids are so bright, and healthy…..it sure isn’t because of Jon’s efforts!!!

I hope this isn’t true. I enjoy watching this show. Yes, Kate can be stern with Jon but he doens’t seem like the brightest, so I think she has to be. She is home all day with 8 kids!! It’s enough to make anyone crabby! I like Kate and think she is an amazing mother!!!! I give her a lot of credit! I think 8 kids has gotten to Jon…do I believe what is being said….Yes! I hope Kate can face reality as well. Jon doesn’t deal with responsibility well and this is his way of getting away from it…..a break. Grow up Jon…..You’re nothing great to look at and you should be thankful that you have Kate
Everyone keeps calling Kate a b****, but does anyone consider that she has 8 kids??? I stay home with my 3 kids and I am a b**** lots of times too simply from the stress. I cannot imagine what my personality would be like if I had to deal with EIGHT kids everyday!! Ya’ll need to empathize with the lady a little bit!! Geez!!!
This media frenzy is such a sad commentary on life. Jon & Kate Plus 8 started out as a typical American family adjusting to having a family of multiples. For the first few years, we saw a close-knit, loving, family unit. Now that Jon is not working, we see a man reliving his teenage years. Instead of Kate being a homemaker, wife, & matriarch of the home, we view a woman hiring others to be surrogate mothers to her children while she is away from the family.
Perhaps this family needs to go back to the beginning, where Jon worked-providing for his growing family and being a real man with a sense of responsibility, accomplishment, and maturity; and Kate was a true mother - nurturing and guiding her young children through the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of childhood, making their house a ‘real’ home filled with love and memories.
The old adage, “While the cat’s away, the mice do play…,” rings true here. Or is it “While the rat’s on the prowl, the cat will howl???”
Hopefully, these two parents will return to their senses, and their home, before it is too late for their beautiful children. Security and serenity are worth much more than sordid sex, scandal, and senseless divorce.

In short, none of these people deserve the attention YOU (yes, pointing at you) and I give them (yup, pointing at myself also, guilty as charged).

It takes two to tango and if this story is true THEY ARE BOTH SELFISH JERKS because they both know there are eight children whose lives will be affected by their adultery.
And even if he has not had an affair YET why would a married man be hanging out with a 23 year old woman, if she’s just a FRIEND, wouldn’t she be visiting Jon and Kate and all of their kids?
Also regarding Kate being a big B and treating Jon like he’s an idiot, MAYBE its because he is one and she is REALLY, REALLY ANGRY with him for betraying her and their family. That is justifiable anger.
In any case, I hope they go to marriage counseling and get their marriage back on track for the sake of their family.
And I can tell you if my child was in that home-wrecker teacher’s 3rd grade class I’d be pulling my child out so fast it would make her no-values, cheating head spin. A role model she’s NOT!
And not to be sexist. if Jon was a teacher I would do the same thing there. As I said it takes two to tango, and my goal in life is to ensure to the best of my ability that my kids have good role models and mentors, in the adults they interact with, whether teachers, coaches or relatives.
I think it’s a publicity stunt! Too many shows coming out with the same story… big family’s, etc. They are losing viewers and they are probably just trying to recapture the interest of those who stopped watching their show.

Still… And why would the brother of the girl jons cheating with tell a bunch of random lies? especially without his sister denying it? i wonder if they’ll split. that would definitely make headlines.
I think everyone just needs to leave them alone before the kids get hurt this could be a hole nother princess diana with everyone following them just to get pics.. If Kate would get a better haircut she could see with both her eyes and would have seen this coming. Did anyone notice last night when Kate said “I travel, thats my job” SINCE WHEN!!!! I thought her job was “Mother”. Right now that is all she has time for…If it wasnt for the kids Jon would have left years ago.
I think Deanna Hummel is a poor role model. She is a third grade teacher. What kind of message is she sending her students that look up to her. I hope she is fired. I found the school she teaches at. Hollywood and tabloids make it their business to point them out, and scrutinize the lives of other people.

Jon and Kate have been until now Americas family role-models.
Jon and Kate made a vow to stay with each other through thick and thin when they married each other. Its just a matter of mending any mistakes or small or large gaps, whether it be truth, marriage counseling, or whatever. They owe it to their children and each other.
I don’t think the media helped on this one. They could’ve consulted Dr Phil, Oprah, or even Cheaters, but instead just wanted to put a giant crater hole in each and every one of those eight little children’s hearts.
I hope this is not true!!And I also hope taht they can work things out for them and the childrens sake.
I am not quite sure what happened. Was Kate just a which and John decided to leave. Or maybe being married to a man who can’t seem to keep his ***** to him self just put her in a bad mood. Maybe he is just not man enough to handle the responsibility. It is kind of sad to watch him flit around Paris with yet another woman while Kate is doing her duty and taking care of her children. A lot of people have been down on Kate because of her attitude, but a wandering husband has that affect. Hang in there Kate and I hope your next husband has a personality.
