Leighton Meester - MET Costume Institute Gala 2009
Leighton Meester keeps it fun and playful in Louis Vuitton at the “Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (May 4).
The gala kicked off the Costume Institute exhibit, which runs from May 6 to Aug. 9 at the Met.
Leighton and costar Cam Gigandet have busy in Los Angeles shooting The Roommate.

I always thought of her as someone with a good taste for clothes but she totally disappointed me this time. I mean, gosh, I dont think i would wear something like that nor even if i was getting paid for…
She looks like a doll!! Now I don’t know in this case if it’s positive or negative, but…I think she look totally adorable. Yes it is a costume gala, she dared and I think in a weird way, she scored!

I actually kind of like the dress. It might have worked if not for those silly pants/tights. They ruin the whole look.
