Victoria Beckham is a Chelsea Chick

Victoria Beckham goes shopping in the rain in a black sheer top in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City on Tuesday (May 5).

Of course, she was too posh to hold her own umbrella as she visited a few boutiques!

Last night, the 35-year-old former Spice Girl wore a micro-mini polka dot dress from Marc Jacobs to the 2009 MET Costume Institute Gala. She was accompanied on the red carpet by Marc’s partner, Lorenzo Martone.

I can honestly say that she looks like crap. That outfit is HIDEOUS on her and who the “f” wears black sheer shirts w/light colored bras?!?! I thought she was a fashion icon, not a hot mess….
