Rihanna is Snakeskin Sexy
Rihanna dons a sexy snakeskin-print Gucci vest on her way out of her New York City hotel on Thursday (May 7).
The 21-year-old Bajan beauty had a packed evening last night. After leaving her hotel looking cheetah cheerful, Rihanna attended the opening of designer Derek Lam’s boutique. She then grabbed dinner at Da Silvano restaurant and then headed to club Mr. West in Chelsea.
Rihanna had come out to Mr. West to support pal Katy Perry as she celebrated the release of her “Wakin’ Up In Vegas” music video.

I agree with JJ. She does look fantastic and everyone here is being entirely overcritical. I can’t pinpoint the reason for the hatred of rihanna on this site. I could easily see the outfit she’s wearing appearing on the sartorialist because it’s daring but it really works and comes together. I am also very tired of everyone here judging her sense of style when the only experience the have in fashion is watching shopaholic twice. I think it’s because everyone feels that they can be mean on this website because noone will know who they are. I like when everyone says that her outfit doesn’t work when they would never buy anything other than tanktops from hollister and skinny jeans. You have no right to judge an outfit if the most daring thing you’ve ever worn was short shorts and a a&f cami.

People are being critical because she’s been dressing increasingly ridiculous.
Even those who normally like her style recognize something is up.
She has become a how-to-guide for looking bad and being trendy instead of stylish.
At least the ones commenting can see what they are responding to. There seems to be an obsessed fan or two on here who thinks he/she knows what everyone is wearing, how much they weigh, and what everyone’s personal and professional fashion background is…
Funny since some of the Rihanna fans are the biggest haters on this site and have no problem making similar, if not worse, comments about celebs they don’t like.
If you only want to read positive comments, there are fan sites that will wax poetic about how great she looks no matter what she wears.
This, however, is not a fan blog and everyone can give their opinion, good or bad.

Rhianna is a beautiful girl and it’s a great look….she hasn’t done anything with the exception of putting a few streaks of blonde in her hair. It will take her quite awhile to feel centered, again, after the violence he wielded upon her. It isn’t by accident that she cancelled her shows in Dubai. Women hating on women…why are you trashing her as above? Most women go back to their abusers so demonstrate respect wherein she is courageously stepping out into the world and holding her head high with dignity while, hopefully, choosing to cast her abuser aside for a healthier relationship one day. Rhiana should be honored by women instead of treated as some of you have done on this blog. Be careful as karma might come around to bite all of you in the fanny or in the face.
She isn’t behaving any differently than other women who are attempting to rediscover their core identity outside of a failed relationship. The more healthy of us would change a hairstyle, attempt different styles of clothing, change make-up, et al., with just a simple break-up let alone in her case where a man beat her in the face (identity) and in the head (intelligence). I’m glad she has great people like J.Z., Beyonce, Oprah, et al., to support her in the aftermath of that violent incident. Rhianna is going to be just fine the longer she is separated from her abuser. Please, women, read your horrible words expressed about this young woman and then visualize what it would feel like to have violence inflicted upon you by a lover.

Rihanna should be honored by women? What message has she sent deserving to be honored? That it’s ok to take your abuser back as long as you sneak around enough to avoid person-to-person photos? That if you rely primilary on marketing sex instead of actual talent you’ll get ahead? That a big pimpin’ lifestyle instead of a true education is the best route to take at 19 yrs old? None of that sounds honorable. When she testifies against her abuser at trial and stops with the constant photo-ops, maybe she’ll get some appreciation.
