OlderCarrie Prejean: Satan Was Tempting Me
Miss California Carrie Prejean made a Monday morning radio talk show appearance on James Dobson’s daily Focus on the Family program.
The 73-year-old evangelical author and radio host asked Carrie about her Miss USA Pageant answer regarding gay marriage. Carrie said (via USAToday): “I felt as though Satan was trying to tempt me in asking me this question. And then God was in my head and in my heart saying, ‘Do not compromise this. You need to stand up for me and you need to share with all these people . . . you need to witness to them and you need to show that you’re not willing to compromise that for this title of Miss USA.’ And I knew right here that it wasn’t about winning. It was about being true to my convictions.”
Topless photos of Carrie recently surfaced on various websites. They were supposedly taken after she turned 18 (she’s 21 now). The fate of her Miss California title will be decided Tuesday (May 12) by Miss USA contest owner Donald Trump.

how amusing that when the first pic hit she said she was 17 and now that there’s been comments about it being child porn she was 18 when they were taken.
the issue with the pageant isn’t that she said her mind and beliefs. it’s that she was told on day one she had to disclose all semi or full nude photos she’d ever done to compete and she didn’t. she was told if she was crowded all press and appearances were set up by the pageant. she couldn’t do anything they didn’t arrange and she had to be at all things they arranged. she agreed and then failed to do so. it’s like taking a job and then not showing up for your scheduled shifts. she broke her contract. so she should be fired. period. the whole “you are a homophobe and a hypocrite” need not be discussed.

So much for answering a question honestly…that Hilton guy asked a question, didn’t get the answer he wanted so he goes on his rant. Had this question not beend asked (or answered the way Hilton wanted it) nobody would care less if she posed topless, semi-topless, whatever.
