Keanu Reeves is Mr. Jekyll
Keanu Reeves, sporting a scruffy beard, takes a stroll around New York City’s Soho neighborhood on Sunday (May 10).
The 44-year-old Matrix star is in talks to play the split-personality character Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Universal’s retelling of the Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic will be modernized and given a more ‘horror’ twist thanks to critically-acclaimed Pan’s Labyrinth director Guillermo del Toro.
FYI: Keanu is sporting Prps “Barracuda” regular straight leg jeans in dark vintage ($374, Tobi.com).

Yeah, he’s famous for his splotchy beard. That’s OK. I’d still hit it. ;)
Yes it does seem to grow in a little funny, but I always thought he was a very handsome man.

He looks great here! Who wouldn’t want somebody like this to darken their door, or show up for an job interview with his appearance. Obviously, he is a big fan of good hygiene. There is nothing dishelved or minatory about this guy. I hope this look becomes de rigueur in Hollywood ASAP!

Universal has 2 “Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” movies in the works. Guillermo del Toro is not attached to the Keanu Reeves version.
