Good to hear a person that was connected to the pageant actually get frustrated and leave. Its hard to understand Donald’s decision except on the basis of raising ratings in lieu controversy (he can now raise ad rates and rake in more money).
Oddly, she is the only person of the lot with authentic integrity…the rest are lacking in real Christian ethics.

Oh, wow, Shanna Moakler quits. Who cares? And, integrity? Come on, this has nothing to do with integrity. It’s a beauty pageant, where half the girls think the same way as Prejean. Trump can replace Moakler in a minute, with another mindless blond, and Moakler will be begging to come back in a year. How much do you want to bet Perez Hilton will be back next year judging?
Trump made the right decision in keeping Prejean; her views are the same as our president, most Californians, and most Americans. I bet Moakler even voted for Obama. As for the pictures, funny, I don’t hear complaints about the other contestants with n-u-d-e photos and having their titles stripped. Yeah, right, integrity.
Good Grief, she just HAD to get a little more on her 15 minutes. What the heck is this for her to be sobbing about? She’s just a drama queen out for some time in the spotlight. Where was Shanna when Trump forgave that OTHER woman , Miss USA in 2006. He let her off because she agreed to go to rehab. She was accused of drug use, under age drinking and sexual miss conduct. Wasn’t she the one caught making out with another girl? Then there was the contestant who got permission from the pageant to do a N*UDE photo layout. No flack for THAT decision. Well, I guess posing semi-n*ude prior to becoming a Miss USA contestant and having an opinion is somehow worse they being an alcoholic, drug using exhibitionist like Miss USA 2006.
They’re all hypocrites. Trump will do what is necessary to get the rating up. They aren’t what they use to be. To be frank, who the heck cares about beauty contests anymore? I certainly wouldn’t be looking to them as role models.

Shannon has done playboy so she has no right telling Carrie what to do. she is also twice divorced and gets hefty alimony

A question Perez Hilton had to vet first and was ONLY going to ask Miss California (do you think he would have asked it of Miss Rhode Island??). If she had said “Israel has the right to exist” OR “Global warming is a myth,” OR “30 Rock is really funny,” do you think we would have heard about it past noon that Monday???
The entertainment industry is mad at California for voting yes on Prop 8 (remember Penn’s tirade at the Oscar’s?) and they are going to make the state pay for it any way they can.
I am sure Shanna Moakler was promised some other equally important job if she publicly quit the pageant over this “travesty.”

It’s funny how conservative people (especially conservative christians) run there mouth without even having a clue what they’re saying. I’ve seen the controversial pictures of Prejean. I have also seen the Playboy that Moakler is “sportin’ her stuff”. All the pictures of both I believe are beautiful and not distasteful at all, but the ones of Moakler would definitely be more risqué. Moakley is like a walking morale contradiction.
