Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie: Cannes Arrival!
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (in Ferragamo) arrive together in Antibes, France on Tuesday (May 19) ahead of their red carpet appearance at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival.
Brad, 45, was last spotted taking sons Pax and Maddox to see Star Trek in Long Island, New York.
Angie, 33, came from the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, where she attended the trial of a Congolese warlord charged.
Tomorrow, the couple is expected to attend the premiere of Brad’s latest movie, Inglorious Basterds.

the trolls are hurting real bad. they are in so much pain that they might commit suicide. they probably will kill themselves tomorrow when they see brangelina at the RC.

Angelina Jolie Makes Pre-Cannes Stop at The Hague
Before heading to the glitz and glamour of the Cannes Film Festival in France, Angelina Jolie spent Tuesday in a courtside booth at The Hague in the Netherlands watching the prosecution of warlord Thomas Lubanga, calling it “a landmark trial for children.”
At one point, Jolie found herself under the watchful eye of Lubanga, the founder and former leader of the Union of Congolese Patriots, who allegedly recruited and used child soldiers, according to the Associated Press. “After watching the proceedings from the viewing booth, I stood up and found Thomas Lubanga Dyilo looking at me,” said the actress.
“I imagined how difficult it must be for all the brave young children who have come to testify against him,” said Jolie in a statement given to the International Criminal Court.
After meeting with the ICC’s chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, Jolie headed to Cannes, where she plans to walk the red carpet with Brad Pitt at the premiere of his new movie Inglourious ********. Jolie was able to get a couple of days off from filming her movie Salt in order to join Pitt in the south of France.
Pitt arrived at the festival over the weekend, taking in lunch at the Hotel du Cap. This will be the couple’s third appearance together at the prestigious festival.

Glad to she the Jolie-Pitt’s are in Cannes.The whole Angelina/Brad Cannes gate had been discussed to ad nauseum.I really wish certain people would ignore the trolls/haters.Why give them the attention they crave.BTW does anyone have a link to a live feed of the carpet for tomorrow?

@CMAR: AT last! A person who sees it for what it is. A bunch of women getting into a slather over internet gossip sites instead of say, cleaning their homes and taking care of their children.
However, if you believe the rubbish printed over at IUC Angelina and Brad spend all their time on gossip blogs defending rumor. Sometimes if you believe Keane, they hack into accounts and find information about the poster. The only narcissists I can see are certain gossip bloggers (IUC) and his 20 followers. JMO
Actually, these trolls should be tired of this by now. Haven’t they been predicting the demise of the JPs since 2005? Haven’t they been analyzing their body language for just as long? Aren’t you tired? Don’t you have anything else better to do? ‘Cuz, no matter WHAT happens to this couple, Brad is NEVER going back to The Hag. EVER.

Can you imagine what Angelina would have accomplished by the time she reached 40 ? I bet she will have mastered french, write a book, embrace more and more education in an acadamic level while others are only trying to flaunt it beacuse they defines their identity solely on their physique at 40 !!! So pathetic and even insulting for the modern woman !

Brad Pitt’s Expensive Pet Project Up For Sale
Brad Pitt is planning to build a new pool cabana and deck while remodeling his Malibu home – but the estate is still up for sale if somebody puts in a big offer. RadarOnline.com has learned that The Benjamin Button star has just lodged new plans with the Malibu City Planning Department and plans to start the work as soon as they are formally approved.
The star – who bought the stunning estate for $8.4 million in 2005 after splitting with Jennifer Aniston – is reportedly looking to sell it for $18 million despite the recession. Neither he nor his partner Angelina Jolie have hardly spent any time living at the remote property recently and he may be doing the additions in a bid to entice some potential buyers to make a formal offer.
An assistant told Radaronline.com on Tuesday: “It’s all still up in the air - but if the right price comes along who knows?”
The estate includes a glass-walled contemporary house with a large swimming pool, tennis court, and A-list neighbors like Cindy Crawford and Leonardo DiCaprio. Pitt had also installed a state-of-the art security system with cameras and infra-red alarms to keep any unwanted intruders away. The architectural buff has already carried-out extensive renovations at his other Los Angeles estate in Loz Feliz to accommodate his partner Jolie and their six kids Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 2, and 10-month-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
A real-estate insider confirmed: “The Malibu property is for sale at the right price despite the fact that a permit has been lodged to carry-out some renovations.”
“It is in a stunning location and despite the fact that the market is not at its peak right now somebody could still put in a great offer.”
A spokesman at Malibu City Planning Department confirmed that they had received a notice of application for a coastal development permit on the property.
