Brad Pitt’s Sons See Star Trek

Brad Pitt’s Sons See Star Trek

Brad Pitt leaves a movie theater in Long Island, New York after taking sons Pax Jolie-Pitt and Maddox Jolie-Pitt to see Star Trek on Saturday (May 16).

The 45-year-old actor was spotted earlier last week picking up his Chrysler 300 car at a parking garage in New York City.

Brad arrived at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival on Saturday while Angelina Jolie is expected to join him within the next few days. He is currently staying in a chalet on the grounds of the highly exclusive hotel, just along the coast in Antibes, on the Riviera, People reports. At the festival, he will be promoting his movie, Inglourious Basterds, which premieres at the festival on Wednesday.

Isn’t that movie rated PG-13 (parents strongly cautioned)?
Those boys don’t look anywhere close to 13.
=================================================

Havent had your coffee yet, huh? You shouldnt blog when youre feeling stoooopid.

#50 keep dreaming,aniston.

Just saw pics of Diane Kruger in Cannes. It seems Brad is the only one who doesn’t get photographed in Cannes in 3 days.

Who cares about all the misinformation? When Brad gets there he gets there. End of story. You gain nothing knowing one way or the other.

@CAN BE?:

This is such a silly “concern”. He is donating with his brother in his father’s name for his home town university. What does it have to do with the Jolie-Pitt foundation?!

It’s great that he took the boys out to the movie, but it is a PG 13 movie and sorry, it isn’t for kids this young. I didn’t wait till my son was 13 for PG 13 movies but he was around 10 years old, not 5.

We will see the pics of both Brad and Angelina together when they arrive at Cannes. The Today Show will be interviewing Mr. Pitt and it airs tomorrow morning 7am E.T., if it’s live from Cannes, then maybe there will be a live blog somewhere on this website!

OMG OMG Where are Brad and Angelina? Why haven’t they been seen yet? Are they together? Are they going to split up? Are they in Cannes?
.
Keep it up guys!! LOL.
.
Never in the field of celebrity have so many watched so much for just 2. (apologies to Winston Churchill).

And their sister too. It’s a family affair to honor their father.
.
It will be interesting to see what they will do for their mother.

I like to see B&A but I really like seeing the family–including extended family.

My boys are 6 and 4 and they saw the movie. The only two things in that movie that they may need to close their eyes for is the beginning when the baby is being born and the scene with the green women other than that the movie is fine.

I am waiting for Brad’s interview with the today’s show…he is not on yet.

lainey says she spotted ann curry and I guess there’s rumors that Angelina might be sitting down with ANN C too. WHy would she give an interview ? So I think it’s just a rumor with no truth to it.

Stop being a fake fan a**hole

They might be Hollywood’s most famous family, but Brad Pitt still takes time to make sure his brood does the same thing normal kids do…like going to the movies.

We caught up with Brad leaving a Long Island movie theater with sons Maddox and Pax after a two hour showing of the new Star Trek film.

The boys seemed really excited as they left, even re-enacting scenes from the movie.

But then they did something else most kids don’t get to do, they jetted off with ma and pa so they could show their faces at the Cannes Film Festival in France.

It’s a tough life being a Pitt…

Why everybody has an opinion how ’s the Jolie-Pitts raised their kids - who cares? It is their lives and their kids and they can do whatever they want. You can raise your kids the way you want and we don’t have an opinion about it because we don’t care. The Jolie-Pitts are movie stars and I like them for who they are. They do movies that I like to watch. Stop being so judgemental because at the end of the day, the Jolie-Pitts don’t know who you are.

If you posted INFdaily report because of these lines , Don’t believe them. They know nothing about what Brad and Angie are doing. Remember when Brad was heading to France in April. They claimed he was going to do afew reshooting for IB’s movie. They know nothing. I doubt Brad and Angie and kids could arrive and be in Cannes and there hasn’t been any pic or reports about this. Leave this to INF and their fake inside information.

A blog is for people to make comments about their opinions. What else is it for? You must made yours :)

Should Angelina be there by now if she’s to walk the carpet tomorrow? Still no sightings.

Jennifer Aniston is prime example of good actors making bad movie choices
.
By Elizabeth Weitzman
DAILY NEWS MOVIE CRITIC
.
With the abysmal opening of Jennifer Aniston’s new movie, “Management,” we couldn’t help wondering whether she might benefit from a little extra professional supervision herself these days.
.
For one thing, it’s a bit curious that a star of her caliber should pick a movie so far under the radar: “Management” came in 16th at the box office last weekend, earning only $378,420, and opened in only 212 theaters (compared with 3,527 for the top title, “Angels & Demons”). Still, even if she can’t draw the crowds to prove it, Aniston is at her best in quirky, low-key pictures like this one.
.
Her high-profile hits, on the other hand, regularly leave us baffled. And every time we see a new picture of her on the set of “The Baster,” we have to ask: Why does America’s most famously single woman continually put herself in awkward positions onscreen?
.
Did she really have to make “The Break-Up” right after her husband left her in the most public manner imaginable? Was the unfortunately titled “He’s Just Not That Into You” truly the only script worth taking? And of all the films available, why choose “The Baster” (in which her character impregnates herself with a turkey baster) when the tabloids have made her biological clock the subject of obsessive speculation already?
.
Meanwhile - and though we hate to make the comparison, it must be done - Angelina Jolie has managed her career to near-perfection. Just as Aniston regularly plays unlucky in love on camera, Jolie chooses roles carefully designed to perpetuate her public image, only to far better effect. When she was young, her performances in “Gia” and “Girl, Interrupted” perfectly spotlighted her own wild-child ways. These days, she alternates between playing self-confident action heroes and self-sacrificing mothers. This method, not incidentally, has led her straight to Oscar’s door.
.
Aniston, on the other hand, is an appealing actress whose private life continues to overshadow her professional abilities. It’s a safe bet that more people read last week’s In Touch cover story (”Jen & Brad: Together Again!”) than will ever see “Management.” And while “Marley & Me” was a box-office success, it’s not exactly the kind of movie that brings home the hardware.
.
Maybe it has something to do with the burden of being the beloved girl next door, as Aniston was for so long on “Friends.” After all, it’s hard to break free from a mold, especially if you start out as an American sweetheart.
.
Just ask Meg Ryan, who has never recovered from an ill-fated attempt to change tracks with the psychosexual thriller “In the Cut.” Ryan had been severely punished in the press a few years earlier, for an affair with Russell Crowe (who got off much easier). No longer seen as an innocent, she was unable to continue playing the golden girl. At the same time, few were willing to accept her as a siren. And it certainly didn’t help when audiences watched her identity issues play out in real life, with a series of drastic physical changes.
