Kate Gosselin: Mom To Monster?

So, Kate, how about you take a step back and look at how lucky you are, instead of all the “woe is me” crap you dish out on every episode? Why not take a look at the 11% unemployment in California alone? How about all of the people who lost their houses, and have nowhere to do their laundry? GROW UP. You are a spoiled, self-centered beast and you need a wake up call. Money has gone to your head and you need help. YOU are ruining your family. YOU are destroying yur marriage. The cameras would be fine alone, if you weren’t such a monster.

I feel for Jon and the kids, but every excuse you dish out on the show makes me hate you more. I can’t believe I wasted so much time watching this disaster.

I follow your blog for quite a long time and should tell that your articles always prove to be of a high value and quality for readers.

All the fuss over this woman is ridiculous. Before her makeover she was an overweight, acne ridden, dowdy dressing everyday average female. Everyone is making a fuss over someone who has been altered from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. it’s totally insane. If it was not for all the work that has been done on her, she would not allow photographers to take pictures of her, much less in the different bikinis she has been shown in on the beach. Just another example of how the world glamourizes what they see as beauty. Whatever happen to just being yourself and accepting yourself for what and who you are. She’s a fake, bottom line. As for her husband and her, all of this nonsense probably would not be taking place if she still looked like she did before the makeup…. I mean who would care, she was nothing to look at then. People need to learn how to be comfortable in their “own” skin” . As for her and her husband, hopefully they can work it out. All the money in the world will not replace having two loving parents together to raise those eight kids. It’s hard enough with one or two, but since they chose to have those children then they should choose to stay together and raise those children in a loving and supportive home.

Shame on us for watching this indulgent, exploitive excuse for family entertainment. and shame on TLC for airing it.. At this point, most people could care less about those kids, and would much rather be nameless voyeurs who debate the merits and or flaws of their self-absorbed parents. I stopped watching when Kate became openly abusive toward Jon, and people now wonder why he is enjoying the attention of women who arent trying to dehumanize him — as if any of that has anything to do with his ability to be a loving parent. My heart goes out to those children. having to grow up in front of cameras as their parents continue this senseless psychological war in front of spectators who have blinded themselves to the consequences. Enough! We need to find something a lot more inspiring to watch, talk about, or even think about where those children are concerned.
