Orlando Bloom & Miranda Kerr: Engaged?

why dont they just get married already, or have a rugrat, or whatever it is they, or their publicists, refuse to comment on. These two are about as interesting as watching my dog chew his bone. Actually, watching my dog chew his bone is more interesting.

And yet, here you are….

not necessarily. I have heard of rumors before about engagements and neither a confirmation nor a denial statement is issued, the story just goes cold. And we never find out the truth. Until they are spotted somewhere together again. Or they are not spotted together for a while and one of them is spotted with someone else.

The only people who know the truth is the two of them. They may not have told their reps what the story is, or asked them to just say “no comment.”

Point is, no poster on this or any other gossip site, really know the truth, unless one of those, what are they called, “insiders”, decides they want to try and get in some fame time, by being able to say “Told You So” when the truth finally does come out.

Which ever way it is….it will be eventually.

The story will either go cold, and we will see them together later with or without wedding bands. Or they will be with other people.

Just because I point that out as a possibility does not make delphi or someone who thinks I have a chance with him.

The ones who only see it one way or the other….including the shippers…..are the delusional ones.

I agree with you that it is being handled differently. And probably that is what is causing the question on everyone’s mind, “why?”

The point is that none of us really know until the stars themselves say something I would say.

We just have to be patient if we want the truth. It will come out I would say when both Orlando and Miranda are ready for it to.

I say leave it up to them to decide.

I never saw a woman SOOOOO desperate to get married.

I like the color of her dress, and I think the style is attractive on her. I think I would have gone with gold leather or bronze leather evening sandals, but that’s a personal style preference.

As for the latest rumors, this type of thing went on repeatedly when Bloom and Kate were ‘together,’ and after a while, Bloom just stopped bothering to address the rumors. He simply let them slide. It must get tiring after a while when the same engagement rumors pop up repeatedly, not to mention issuing statements right after one party indicates she’s too busy to settle down, only to be seen with what *may* or may not be an engagement ring.

The only issue I have with this situation is that I personally find the whole thing extremely unprofessional on both their parts. Bloom is supposed to be promoting, pushing and selling one or more film projects - NOT his love life, personal life, or pushing and promoting any possible or potential girlfriends. It’s unprofessional to the extreme, in my book. Any type of engagement ring or announcement, or any such rumors, should have been held off until well after this film promotional period on Bloom’s schedule. Such things should also NOT be combined with Victoria’s Secret advertising or Internet promotions.

It’s in very poor taste and shows an extreme lack of professionalism on both their parts. Bloom should know better after ten years in the business. If I were one of the producers of his past, current or upcoming film projects, and if I got wind of this type of behavior, I would have a very strong talk with him. You don’t flaunt or ‘promote’ your personal or love life, or your alleged girlfriend, while promoting or trying to sell a film to distributors.

Either your work as an actor or model is strong enough to stand on its own, or it isn’t. Guess which appears more than likely to some folks at this point?

You’d most likely never catch Elijah Wood, Viggo Mortensen, Matt Damon or Johnny Depp doing this sort of thing while promoting a film or trying to get financial backers for a film.

Then again, the actor’s mentioned wouldn’t HAVE to. Sorry if this offends anyone reading. Just calling it the way I see it. And I’ve seen it before, sadly.

You’re kidding, right? Johnny is constantly photographed with Vanessa while promoting his films. Viggo has been seen with his girlfriend during photoshoots, and when was the last time Elijah was seen without his girlfriend?

Orlando has not done anything to promote his love life.

If he was promoting his love life he would have made a statement about the engagement rumors.

But like you pointed out Fabric_Princess is it?

Orlando rarely addresses the rumors.

Maybe neither one of them are even aware the rumors exist. Even if their reps have contacted them to get a statement they could give to the public, maybe neither one of them wish to comment until they are actually engaged.

I seriously doubt that Orlando was showing off his romance for his girlfriend. He was just being the way he usually is. Very flirtatious and romantic.

The look on Miranda’s face in this pic however is the one that makes me wonder what she is feeling inside….used to get the same look when I was with a certain someone I wasn’t sure I wanted to be with. He too used to flirt with and carry on with a lot of girls….
