Oh the times we live in - gone are the days when geniuses were the role models…
now all we do is surf the net, and find some blog to make comments and stir people up - are our lives so cursed…?
the media need to stop this and wake up the sleeping masses, we are going nowhere with this….
I’m surprised, that kid is not attractive at all. seemed cute as a baby. I have the feeling that the Rumor Willis syndrome is kicking in.
90% of the comments here are a waste of webspace. Those of you dissing the child’s looks have no shame. I know nothing of Halle’s relationship with the father of her daughter, and speculation does not interest me. From what I can see, they appear to be raising their daughter together, as a family, and for that alone I wish them all the very best.
@alex:
Maybe because of the fact that the people commenting they shouldn’t be together clearly say it’s beacause “they come from different cultures”(their words).
That’s a PC way to mean race. You don’t say “different cultures” if you only mean age gap.And unless things have dramatically changed in Canada the last few years, I don’t remember people over there having an immensely different culture from those in the US. Which leaves us with, you’ve guessed it…
this is one GREAT LOOKING FAMILY!!!
and Halle’s body is BANGIN’…..
Where is all the crap tha t goes with the kid . This looks posed. I never went out without at least a diaper bag. For years!

Huh? what are you talking about
Ummmm
I knew somebody call tha paps and let then know that Halle and famiy was going to be at the fair.I won’t be shock if I hear that it was Halle or Gabe call the paps
I am black women, they look good together. You can’t judge people by saying blacks are more racist then whites, not true.
Every person is different. Hallie found love, and it just happened to be a white guy. That’s it.
tgk…people in the US have different cultures. Take somebody from NY versus somebody from Texas….different. So how can you say that someone from Canada doesn’t have some cultural differences than somebody from Ohio/California? Nara has said over and over that she meant it in a good way. She herself is in a mixed culture relationship. So get off it. I’m Italian American, and I get “culture” from my family that is different from my “French-Canadian” husband, etc. And it’s fun to learn from one another. Why don’t you learn something about culture? Nobody was being racist except LuckyL, tryin to start something.
Nara. They wouldn’t have gotten together if hallie wasn’t his type. You are not an expert on their relationship. ANd if you are bi-racial , you should identify yourself as mixed, not as black women only. Nobody cares what you think about their relationship.
Hallie has had short hair before, It’s easier to have short hair when you have a child to care for. Wake -up. Their are alot of jealous people on this site. Get a life
#96 pictures of Gabriel Aubry pushing Nahla in her stroller on GG.
First of all, Lucky, Halle Berry is not your typical black woman. She may call hersoefl as black, but she has facial feature and physicality qualities that make her acceptable to world class audiences.
If we were talking Whoppi Goldberg and Ted Danson, you might have a point. But, soceity has at least arrived at a point where brown skinned Caucasian dominant women are approved and appreciated.
What I would say about Halle is that she does look rather hard in the face. Like she’s in a struggle of some sort. She doesn’t come across as a carefree Hollywood beauty. Almost like Jessica Alba==pre Honor.
Her boyfriend does have a look of contentment.. And in that respect, his cool, mellow, confident demeanor versus her brooding, angry, sullen exteriro, they do not look like a matched couple. But, it doesn’t have anything to do with her color. Especially given that as a bi-racial with deep roots in America, she’s probably mostly Caucssian.
@Kel:
So basically by showing off all your genealogical tree, you just explained that people from very different cultures can perfectly get along and make strong couples. Precisely the contrary of those saying that Aubry/Berry can’t make a good match because of different cultures!!!
And thank you I’m aware that there are specificities in every part of North America, but you could hardly convince me that the differences between two Northern American born in developed countries in the 2Oth century would be such an obstacle. Reading some comments here you would think that she is with a sudanese nomad or a mine worker from China (that’s cultural difference a little bit larger)
Thanks again for the lecture: I’ve learned everything I need about culture with a black caribean father, a white French mother, an Asian partner and a home in la Reunion (Indian Ocean fyi). See I can brag too.
@patty:
I’ve come across some very ignorant, uneducated, dumb@ss people in my life but honey…you take the cake. Sounds like you’re going with the stereotype that black women are just angry grrrrr. Oh but she’s more Caucasian. wtf? If you didn’t know her mother was white, you sure as hell wouldn’t say that. You make absolutely zero sense.
@patty:
U sound mildly retarded
First of all, I wasn’t showing off or lecturing. If I wanted to do that I could also say I had Puerto Rican and Lebanese past boyfriends, and I have 2 Bachelors degrees…one being in Spanish and International Studies. And I’ve traveled to South America and Germany extensively for work. That’s showing off!
I was merely making a point that by me being Italian American and my husband being French-Canadian, we are NOT extremely culturally different, but there ARE some cultural differences as there are amongst almost any two people. Same point you made about two people from N. America, developed countries, not being that different, etc. I took your past comments about “how different can a Canadian be, so by someone saying there is a cultural difference, they must be racist” as the reason I wanted to respond to you. This is all goes back to Nara’s original post. She said it was a “good thing” that two culturally different people were together. There’s nothing wrong with saying that and people want to make her out to be a racist. That’s idiotic.
You explained yourself more clearly in your second post and made intelligent statements. But then you accuse me of showing off and bragging. You’re the one that went absolutely psycho declaring your cultural background.
Whatever…..done with you…..
Such a beautiful family! Nahla is too cute for words!!! She looks like quite a handful :o) I love Halle’s new haircut - she’s made it a Hollywood classic. Her beauty is so intimidating I think guys must just melt around her and Gabriel is luscious as always!
@Kel:
OK one last try, but you must be patient since I’m far less smart or intelligent than you. I’ve never ever said that pointing cultural differences makes anyone a racist. I was answering (again just answering) posts saying that those differences should prevent people from having a steady relationship (a little more questionable to me).And I just noted in the Berry/Aubry case that those differences didn’t seem to me so irreconciliable!!But again I know less than you, so could be wrong.
I take back the terms show off or lecture. The” Why don’t you learn something about culture?” was probably just a nice condescending way to tell how much more enlightened than me you are and not at all a lecture.Which I willingly acknowledge.
Halle has a great body for an after forty-year old woman.
