OlderJulia Roberts Meets In Malibu
Julia Roberts appears in wonderful spirits as she dines with a gal pal in Malibu, California on Monday (May 25).
The 41-year-old actress had to shoot the film Duplicity, while caring for her newborn baby Henry. “He was only a little baby - six or seven months old - when we started filming. It meant I had to stop every few hours to breastfeed him. But I didn’t do it on the set! I was very discreet. I would leave the set every few hours to take care of him and nurse him, because he was only little and he needed me.”
“It is harder because I do feel a strange obligation to raise my children! But once I’m there, it definitely is fun,” Julia said. “I joke and say that it’s fun to spend the day with people who are over 3.5ft tall.”

JLO hasn’t made a movie in over 4 years and she is considered a box office risk now, hard for her to roles and financing for her films, if there is anybody actress in Hollywood whose star has taken extra-rapid decline, it’s JLO (even her music doesn’t do well anymore). Plus all her fake posing and extra-materialistic, me-me-me ways has alienated many.

There isn’t a #1 actress in Hollywood right now…pretty much a toss-up. There are about 5-10 highly paid actresses at the top and then the list falls off.

Julia is a great actress, sure she doesn’t have the star power she used to have but that doesn’t change the fact she has a lot of talent.
Angelina Jolie is probably the most famous, that doesn’t mean she is the best actress. It only means everyone knows her business. It doesn’t have much to do with talent, though she can act.
For example, Kate Winslet maybe doesn’t have the power like Angelina but she can act superbly better.

Since when are raising your kids an obligation? That’s a weird statement. And she acts like she’s the only working mother who breastfed while employed. No extra points for having a breastfeeding kid while working. Millions of us have done it. And maybe instead of making hundreds of people wait around a set, pump your milk or better yet, wait 6 months to make your next movie. Seems to me the Eternal Earth Mother is really just another spoiled actress in disguise.
