Halle Berry and baby Nahla travel to a near-by friend’s home for a Memorial Day BBQ on Monday (May 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 42-year-old actress and her boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry took their 1-year-old daughter to the Topanga Days County Fair on Sunday.
Halle is currently preparing for her role in the movie Nappily Ever After, which is based on a novel. The novel tells the story of a young woman, Venus Johnson, who has grown weary of her four-year relationship with her boyfriend, and having to maintain her long, dark hair. Resolving to create a new, independent life for herself, she leaves her boyfriend and cuts her hair to an almost-bald stubby look. Her ex-boyfriend shortly begins dating another woman, sparking feelings of doubt and jealousy in Venus.

WTF are you talking about? I never said anything about them being married, and I’m fully aware they are not married. If you read the rest of my post about dominant/recessive genes, then I am saying almost exactly what you are saying. Basically asking what’s the big deal? Did you read what I wrote? lol
Realm2008 understand were basically saying the same thing. Re-read your post: You call Aubry her husband unless it’s a typo or were referring to someone else.

Halle Berry is multiracial herself (recessive genes), and her husband has blue eyes. Why would it be so surprising the child has blue eyes???

@F_U: You’re the goofball. Not all mixed kids look alike. People are pointing out that “Nahla” as an individual is pretty and what features they like that she inherited from each parent. For you to say all mixed kids look like her is ignorant.

@suzanne: Black ppl have blue eyes in their gene pool too. It shouldn’t be shocking espescially since the baby is mixed race. Mixed race babies can come out looking like anything from full black to full white.
