Hilary Duff Pushes Pilates
Hilary Duff goes to an afternoon pilates class and then goes for a coffee run before finishing her day with a little pampering at a nail salon in Los Angeles on Wednesday (May 27).
The 21-year-old singer/actress is the “Blessings in a Backpack” and will serve as grand marshal of the NASCAR nationwide series “Meijer 300 Presented by Ritz.” The race is set for June 13 at the Speedway.
“Hilary Duff — Walk With Love” was one of the teams that raised money on May 17 for the AIDS Walk New York, which raised $5.6 million dollars! Over 45,000 participants gathered in and around New York’s Central Park for the 10K (6.2 mile) trek.

lol Glad you agree with me. If taught well, Pilates, especially when combined with yoga and tai chi (known as Body Balance to some) will give you fabulous results.
