Halle Berry & Jamie Foxx: Kissing Commotion

Yes this is Spike tv, but Halle went too far with Jamie. Jamie is already getting praise from men re getting some from Halle, he is seen as the man of the hour. Halle maybe had too much to drink or smoke or is seeking PR for her sinking career.

I don’t get this at all. If Halley was trying to act hot here, it did not work. I totally agree that it looked cheap. I know she was getting the ‘decades of hotness’ award and maybe this was her way of showing her ‘hotness’ and appreciation for the award, but it was way too much. Her grabbing his crotch??? Why? That was not necessary at all…yuck.
I don’t know. I just think it was all awful and feel bad for her.
Maybe this was all rehersed and part of the ’show’. I REALLY cannot imagine her doing something this tacky.

I agree that even Angelina has acted with a bit more class since motherhood…but even then, she was talking all over the place about when her and Brad fell in love: while he was married. Not very classy, either; not at the level of cheapness as Halle’s little performance, but still tacky.

The poster aeon who is so desperately trying to defend halle’s behavior is grasping at straws. We dont expect any better behavior from jamie manho foxx because he has proven to us over and over that he doesnt respect women. look at the hurtful comments he made about 16-year old miley, when he has a 15 year old daughter.

Miley’s father was understandably very upset and foxx had to apologize. But bottomline, as a man, getting a free grope from a woman, a dog like foxx is gonna take it. So no, we are not shocked, disappointed or outraged about foxx’s actions. but we are about halle’s.

For the simple reason that she had our respect. We respect and admire her relationship with her man and respect her motherhood. We remember the struggles she had in her relationships with men, some of whom have even abused her physically, not to mention mentally.

We remember that her last husband was a sex addict and even tho she really loved him, she had to divorce him after he cheated on her time after time after time after time. So with all these experiences with men, she is the last woman i’d expect to be so loose with them.

Contrary to what aeon kept saying that it was no different from what happens in movies, SHE WAS NOT MAKING A FCUKING MOVIE!!! This is her REAL LIFE not her REEL LIFE! She has responsibilities to other people - namely her man and her daughter.

i remember the first interview Angie gave after she and Brad became a couple, she was very hesitant to speak as freely as she used to in interviews when she was a single woman. So she told the Vogue interviewer that she had to be more careful about what she says because she had other people’s feelings to consider now.

Thats a real woman. A considerate human being. A real mother. A real partner. Halle had always struck me as someone who had an underlying streak of insecurity despite her sexy confident strong woman persona. i always felt so protective of her and wanted her to succeed and get the happiness she deserved. i thought she had found that with Gabe.

Apparently she feels the need to prove something to someone. Who? Is she trying to tell the world/HW that she still got ‘it’?? She certainly doesnt have to convince us but apparently, she is not doing so well in HW as she would like.

I wonder why she doesnt venture out into other collateral projects, parlaying her fame and high profile and good connections (Oprah) into solid, income generating or personally satisfying projects.

Anyhoo, i know this post is long. But for people like aeon who thinks people are here just hating on halle - i frankly havent seen the usual gratuitous hate-on-celeb posters. People are just shocked and disappointed at halle’s behavior with the undeserving jamie - the woman-user and abuser.

I think, the comments mostly are not about the person per se BUT rather this particular behavior or actuation of that person.

Since Halle is a respected actress & not known to behave badly in public, people are shocked why Halle behaved that way on stage in Spike’s TV 2009.

I hope she learns from this unfortunate experience/incident & act responsibly especially when in public int he future.

Lemme tell you that practically every stylish middle class african american woman from say Maryland and Virginia down all the way south had or has that hair cut. Those of you who’ve been down south know this. The accesories worn on thse women are usually diamond (or wanna be diamond) stud earrings, a Tiffany’s silver heart locket charm necklace with matching bracelet and French manicure.

Why are you people taking this so seriously? Jamie Fox has been crushing on Halle for years since the eighties!!!. He has been trying for years to date her when she was between marriages and relationships, but she has no interest in dating him because Jamie looks at Halle as a “Trophy” for his ego.

What she did was give Spike TV and Jamie wanted they a Hot Trophy Girl. Seriously do you think she( or any actress, hell even Megan Fox) actually cares about b.s. award called “Decade of Hotness” please. Actresses only go to the Spike TV Awards because the young man audience are the target audiences for movies(why do you think Brad Pitt?)

The only reason she went is because they were giving her an award and for promotion. If she wasn’t getting the award she would had been at home with Nahla and Gabriel. BTW: Gabriel probably knew already that she was going to kiss Jamie. Watch so dumb reporter ask him if he was jealous.

You would think that people who read about celebrities would start to see the Hollywood BS, and call it out when it shows up.

C’mon people we have seen thing type of behavior many times with celebrities and some of you still act like you don’t the deal.

Oh I forgot to mention that the jewelry can be wanna be Tiffany and the French manicure is matched with a French pedicure.

If she just kissed Jamie…perhaps that would have been fine…but what woman wants a man who’s okay with her making out with another man on tv when they have a daughter - acting or not.
