Cameron Diaz poses with her My Sister’s Keeper co-stars Abigail Breslin and Sofia Vassilieva at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday evening (May 31) in Universal City, Calif.
The trio presented Best Female Performance to Twilight’s Kristen Stewart.
Cameron, 36, wore a Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 09 blouse, J Brand “912” pencil leg jeans in Ink, and Giuseppe Zanotti blue suede ankle boots. She attended the after-party at Teddy’s and was spotted chatting with Heroes costars Hayden Panettiere and Zachary Quinto.

That Sofia is a cute little thing. I didn’t realize she’s the one who plays Patricia Arquette’s daughter on that TV show. She looks like she could be an older version of Shiloh Jolie Pitt.

Cameron looks terrible. She should sue the doctor who did the “work” on her face! Her cheeks look like they were injected with silicon or steroids or something stronger then botox. I’ll bet you could bounce a pennie off of them! And her eyes look Asian. Really bad job, Cammy.

Cameron looks like an old haggard witch. The only parts she will be getting soon is playing someons sun beaten grandma.
I’d like to meet some of these people who make these comments. They are cruel and probably look horrible. Some people can only get satisfation by bashing others!
im not trying to be mean in any way. just trying to state my opinion and if you agree with me thats fine, but if you don’t that’s cool also.
I really don’t think Cameron is pretty. She was always just CUTE. She had a very angelic, child-like face that made her seem adorable and it was perceived as being pretty. its like they say, that all babies are cute. Her eyes are what made her be seen as beautiful, without them i don’t think she would have been as famous. She has a great on-screen personality that shines beyond looks and that also contributed to her view as beautiful. but as she begins to age, this cuteness is starting to fade. These pictures are not the least bit flattering, since they r HQ. In HQ u see everything (wrinkles, blemishes, age spots).
