GREAT POINT! Maybe she has already given him the ultimatums until she is blue in the face. After a few times, if the ultimatum to leave after 6 or how many months does not work, then she needs to do or try something else.
I am so sure she has told him that, and now it is going on 4 or 5 years and no committment.

I think that the Gonk WOULD sign a gag clause if the $$ and terms of the agreement were right, (the agreement would be put together by his lawyers and no doubt be “tight as a drum” with not a loophole anywhere in sight.
On the other hand, the Gonk does definitely seem like the ‘just for spite” type and very competitive and if she has the chance to ruin everything for Daniel, if he moves forward with the split and she does not want it, then she could make his life a living he*l.
Having said that, maybe Daniel does not want to give Gonk a penny, after having lavished her with so much over these past 4 years, and having to give Harley alimony too (?). Not sure about the Harley alimony payments, but by now Daniel may be sick and tired of ‘paying out.’
If Gonk knew how to add, she would realize she could probably be set for life just on selling the jewelry and designer clothes Daniel gave her, pl;us the car he bought her, if he did buy her a car. whatever other gifts have been given.
I was watching the Winfrey show and she was talking to some of the people who had been on the show The Biggest Loser. One woman who was on the show told a story that remindded me of all you stupid haters.
She recounted how her and her husband did not want to tell anyone, none of their neighbors or friends that she was going to The Biggest Loser challenge, and they felt safe with their secret knowing that none of their neighbors or friends watched the show.
Their neighbors and friends were convinced 100% that she had left her husband. Abandoned her family, left him and her children.
She recounted how all of their neighbors and friends were “praying” for him and the single women were flirting with her husband, trying to replace her.
When she returned home a skinny beautiful woman, no one, absolutely no one said ANYTHING. No one apologized. No one told her she looked great. NOTHING.
They had the biggest laugh and saw the true colors of their neighbors and friends.
I imagine that is EXACTlY what Daniel and Sats do every time they read these ridiculous speculations. Laugh their collective fu/ck/ing a-s-s off at how stupid and pathetic all of the haters are.

If you knew them then you would know that he does have his own company, it’s even been mentioned in the business section a couple of times. It’s through his company that he helped to produce flashbacks, and the gf is a partner in the company, it’s actually pretty well known. If he wasn’t happy I doubt he would’ve made her a partner. he’s even mentioned a few times that he’s interested in production. He’s not stupid, he knows he’s not going to be Bond forever, and I think he wants to do what a lot of actors do, turn to either producing or directing, and I think he’s going to do production with the gf.
