I hope I win this contest b/c every time I tried to buy tickets to see no doubt during this tour it kept saying tickets sales TBA. (I checked every day for 2 months) When they finally came on sale I was away and missed my chance to see them :(
it’s nice in this day and age to see a frontwoman of an incredible band who has maintained a great sense of dignity through it all. Each member of this band brings something unique to the group that makes it a band that can keep going strong even after such a long break. To be able to see them during my already amazing summer in NYC would be an incredible thing, and to get a chance to meet and greet them would be unbelievableee. I have been a huge fan of No Doubt since I was in the third grade, and I have seen Gwen in concert but not the whole band together. I want to be able to be at that concert and feel how much energy they have as a group!

i’ve been a fan of No Doubt for 13 years - i counted. since i was in 6th grade. i love this band so much and have tried to meet them so many times. i have never even gotten close. i wrote my first fan letter to tony kanal when i was 14. i threw a ‘karma bracelet’ at tom dumont when i was 16. i wrote my college application essay on why i look up to gwen stefani at 18. i have waited for hours on end to meet this band and i’m beginning to think it’s never going to happen. i don’t have tickets for the upcoming tour due to the current economic climate and my sudden unemployment, and to be able to go would, quite literally, make my year. and it’s been a rough year so far. simple as that.
There is NO DOUBT that I am the biggest fan of this band! I love Gwen Stefani and it would be an honor to meet her. A few years back I waited outside of MTV for four hours only to be disappointed to hear that she had left. This would really be the dream of a lifetime to meet the band, one which I would treasure for the rest of my life!

i think i should win the contest because not only am i a huge no doubt fan, i’m a huge paramore fan, so it would mean even more to me. my boyfriend….er, ex-boyfriend, promised me as an early birthday present (my birthday was may 14th) we’d go up from our college in the philly area to nyc to see no doubt perform on the today show on may 1st. instead he broke up with me the night before we were set to leave, because he felt like commencement should be “the beginning of new girls to screw.” keep in mind, this was after a week of reassuring me that it didn’t matter that graduation was coming up, we’d still be together.
so i watched the concert broken-hearted and with tears streaming down my face the next morning.

I think I should win the tickets because I’ve worked my butt of this year, for nothing. I am a huge No Doubt fan and there are no words to describe what Paramore means to me. This year I have been so caught up in school and my future that I have been ditched by pretty much all of my friends. We had plans to attend as many concerts we could over the summer only to lead to my dissappointment that we will be attending none. My best friend ditched me and already went to see No Doubt and Paramore in Fresno back on May 19th. And she didn’t even tell me. She doesn’t even know who any of them are. Only Decode because of Twilight. So know my summer has been totally ruined since no one wants to come with me to any concerts because they already bought their tickets. Thanks guys. My daughter loves Gwen Stefani. She is 12 and would just be in heaven if she could see her idol! She has her pitures all over her bedroom, her screensaver is Gwen and she even wants to bleach her hair, but fortunatley I talked her out of that one!

I’ve been a big fan of No Doubt since I was little.
I haven’t been to NYC before.
I’ve never met a celebrity before.
Because God thinks I should go.
no doubt has been my most FAVORITE band since i was 10 & i will be 24 in august. my room is a SHRINE to them. gwen has just been the most incredible insperation to me through out my life. i remember sitting on my living room floor & seeing the video for “just a girl” for the first time. it is so vivid & i can remember just how i felt when i saw it. it was like my world was turned upside down & i got chills. seeing gwen with her platinum hair, red lips & for the first time was, to this date, THE most important event in my life in terms of my personal being & who i wanted to be. i’ve been collecting ND & gwen memorobelia for fourteen years now - every magazine, poster, book, rare CD. it’s a huge hobby of mine. before the advent of youtube, i would sit there at my family’s VCR hogging it up, taping every no doubt performance & interview & show. i STILL have every video tape & watch them. gwen’s lyrics have gotten me through SO much in my life. my family has had some hard times & her lyrics have gotten me through. while i’ve seen ND in concert a few times [not as many as i would like due to my young age at the time of thier break out & my family's financial situation growing up], i have never ever met them. meeting no doubt would be THE dream come true for me. it’s something i really thought would never ever happen. it just seems to far out for me. if i got this, i don’t even know how i would react. it would be the best gift anyone could ever give me.
I really really want to win this because my best best friend has a birthday coming up on the 25th and she is OBSESSED with no doubt and i wanted to get her tickets but they were sold out in my hometown, not to mention terribly expensive!! she has been going through a really tough time lately with personal problems and i know it would totally make her birthday if i could get her tickets! not to mention mine!! :)

I think that I deserve the tickets because I have loved no doubt for a very long time! I absolutely love them and I have every single one of no doubt’s soundtracks. I think it would be a great experience to go to No Doubt at jones beach since it is one of my favorite bands and one of my favorite venues. It would be a break well deserved from work and the stresses of life! I tried to get tickets already! but guess what they were all sold out and I was really bummed that I can’t go and would love to be there and rock out with them since I have been waiting those long years for a reunion tour and album! please please please let me go because I love no doubt and just jared :) pick me!
I’m just a very simple guy. I’m trendy, like to do trendy things. I love media, entertainment and anything pop-culture. I’ve loved No Doubt since I was in middle school - i’m 25 now. I never went to see them in concert because I never thought I was cool enough to see them. I didn’t think I would fit in at a No Doubt concert. I would love the opportunity to go see them. It’s not my birthday, nor am I the # 1 die hard No Doubt fan. I’m just a big fan that would love the chance to see a great band put on a great show.

What an incredible opportunity! I’m currently a college student in NYC and have been a huge No Doubt fan since Tragic Kingdom came out. That CD was the first I ever bought, so it holds a special place in my heart. When I heard they were reuniting I was so excited and went to see their first performance together on the Today show. I waited in line for hours in the rain, and by the time I actually got in I could hardly see over all of the people in front of me since they were all so tall and holding up posters. I knew that would be the only chance I’d get at seeing them live since I can’t currently spare any money on things that aren’t necessities, so it was just such a bummer to hardly even see my idols while they were on stage. To win this contest would make up for such a heartbreaking experience and would fulfill my dreams of getting to meet them, since their music has gotten me through some really rough times.

No Doubt is a band that lifts my spirits, with their rythm and lyrics there is no way that their songs dont affect you in some way. To this concert I would take my cousin, a close friend. We have encountered some problems and hardships but thankfully have passed them. there are absolutely no words to explain my feelings for no doubt, but i will try my best. i remember being 8 years old and receiving a gift that would ultimately change my life forever. that gift was my very first cd, tragic kingdom. the minute it was put into my hands i knew that it was something very special. from that moment on, the rest was history. i have grown up with this band being my absolute everything. i didn’t have many friends through out my middle school and high school experience, but i had four amazing people i knew i could turn to just by pressing play. i can not even think of the person i would be if i didn’t have no doubt inspiring me every single day. one of my personal dreams in life is to be in the fashion industry. seeing gwen make her own dreams come true by having her clothing line, gives me such hope to succeed. i don’t just admire no doubts music, i admire them as individuals as well. as i grew up, i was able to watch them grow and turn into incredible parents, spouses and role models. their incredible journey, has brought me so much joy and happiness for the last 14 years. every time i think about what they have unintentionally done for me, i get choked up because its such a strong, indescribable feeling that means so, so much to me. after all these years, i’ve never had the opportunity to tell these people the effect they’ve had on me. more than anything, i would love to be able to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I should win this contest because me and my best friend planned to go see No Doubt together the next time they came to Toronto. When I heard about the No Doubt reunion tour I was so excited and couldn’t wait for them to announce the dates! So when the tour dates came out I found the Toronto show and was so excited they were coming to my city! Then.. I realized the concert was the night before the first of my final exams. (June 16th-June 22nd) I was so disappointed, and I have been trying to get tickets to a show in a nearby city once my exams end and New York is the perfect time and place!
I don’t know if there’s any way for me to completely explain why I would be beyond words if I were able to win this opportunity. I have been waiting for seven years to see the band live again, and the chance to meet them would be the most amazing experience of my life up to this point. please, i really love no doubt.. they are such an inspiration to me, and i’ve been a fan of them since i was 9. most people single out gwen stefani and hayley williams as BEING their bands, no doubt and paramore, respectively, which is really upsetting. i recognize that both bands work is a collaborative effort among all band members, and to see that adrian, tony, and tom don’t get the acclaim is really frustrating. same deal for josh, jeremy, taylor, and zac. seeing these two bands would be the best college graduation present ever, and (as i said in my earlier comment) really help me get over my bummed-outness over graduating school and having my heart broken.
My son Zach (6 years old) just adores Gwen Stefani…We went to see her concert in 2007 for his preschool graduation. I have been trying to win backstage passes so he could actually meet her. He had a Gwen Stefani birthday cake for his 5th birthday and has her pictures all over his room. He knows all of her songs and just thinks that she is the greatest. He keeps telling me that he is going to go to Hollywood someday to meet her. You can see him sing “Wind It Up” on youtube—Zach singing gwen. Thanks for your consideration.. I think I should win tickets to see No Doubt in concert because I’ve never been to a real concert in my life. Only local concerts, have I been to. I’ve been listening to the band since I was around ten, and really love there music! They have a very distinct and unique sound. If I win I will either take my brother or sister with me. She has gone on to have an extremely successful solo career as well. I am going to a six week summer program in New York during this time and wanted to go to this show ever so badly. I love No Doubt and Gwen Stefani. I have never seen them in person. I have never been to NYC. Would love to meet the band, what an honor. My family have been victim to the economic crisis and I have been unable to work due to cronic illness for a year and a half. Yesterday, my friend and I got the chance to finally see them live but her mom kept the pit tickets and gave us the seats further back. She and I are both really short so we struggled to see the band the entire show.
We made signs for them but security made us throw them away because they weren’t allowed. Other people were able to bring them in though.
I love No Doubt so much. They make me happy and they never ever stop inspiring me. I just want to be able to see Gwen go crazy right in front of me. See Tom do amazing solos I wish I could do up close. Watch Tony jump ridiculously high while somehow managing to play the bass perfectly. See Gabriel and Stephen do their cute little dances. See Adrian strut his stuff in skimpy little underwear.

I would love to win these tickets for No Doubt! My sister and I went to a previous concert and we caught Gwen’s Fiji water bottle! We would love to be able to get it signed. No Doubt is amazing! Last night we had a No Doubt Rock Band night. Our performance was nothing compared to the energy that Tom, Tony, Adrian, and Gwen give out. And I can’t leave out Stephen and Gabrial, only the best horn and keyboard section in the world! This would be truly awesome for my sister and I to get to see No Doubt in concert. We are huge fans loving all the music from the No Doubt album to the Rock Steady album and to the new album that fans are inspiring them to write for right now, and for however many more albums ND releases. I graduated college last year during one of the worst year’s to graduate (Hi recession!), with one of the worst industries to have a degree in these days (print journalism…).
I snagged a job at a weekly newspaper, but I make $11/hr, before taxes. I live on my own so that equates to me eating a lot of cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, no social life, and a lot of dates with the television.
I’ve been applying to jobs for a year now–probably hundreds of jobs–and I’ve gotten 2 interviews and no job. I have a pretty decent resume–3 internships with great reviews–but I live in the New York City area and the competition for publishing jobs is FIERCE. Essentially, I’m thinking of going into another field (a web site maybe? hiring freelancers?)
Why do I need these tickets: In the past year I’ve been poor, had to help my mother through chemotherapy for six months, and also had to help my father recover from a near-death illness. I live with my boyfriend (also struggling to find a new, better paying job) and we have no social life really. We are stressed out everyday.
If I won these tickets, I would take me and him out to see the show for a night of fun and not thinking about our problems. We both love No Doubt, and it would be an awesome night out.

I’ve loved No Doubt since the 5th grade when I first saw the “Don’t Speak” music video. Tragic Kingdom was the first CD I ever purchased. I would love to see them at Jones Beach, especially since it’s such a close drive. I’d really LOVE to win these tickets. When I heard they were touring this summer I got SO excited, I couldn’t believe I’d get a chance to see them perform together! I checked online every other day to find when the tickets would go on sale. I finally found word of when they’d be available to the public, and I couldn’t buy them because unfortunately I couldn’t afford them–at the time I was struggling to find a job. I was soo depressed knowing I had lost my chance to see them, because money once again stood in my way. Please choose me and make my dream of seeing them AND meeting them come true :)

I would love to win the No Doubt concert tickets because I have always admired Gwen Stefani. She is truly an inspiration to me because she has made a seamless transition from the front woman of a kick ass band, (back in the day when it was rare for a female to lead an all male band) to the leader of an empire, all while retaining the individuality that brought her to the forefront in the first place.
It is rare to witness someone inhabit the roles of wife, mother, fashion designer, solo artist, lead singer, actress, and all around successful female. She is truly a shining example of “having it all” while retaining a humility that is rarely on display in show business today.
No Doubt first came on my radar almost 15 years ago as I was growing up and questioning what being a girl meant and I am proud to say that No Doubt’s music, as well as Gwen’s attitude and strength really influenced me as a female. I would love to be able to convey this message to her myself although I’m sure it’s something she hears quite frequently.
No Doubt not only introduced me to Ska/Alternative music but really have been great role models. Having a talented front woman like Gwen Stefani is probably the coolest thing ever. With the band being together for 13+ years has introduced me to different music. When I first heard them I was 12 years old n changed my view on music. All thanks to No Doubt. For me to win these tickets would be adventurous to me n an honor to attend something like this. Whatever happens, happens. :)
I am 2 hours away from this venue and would DIE to be able to see No Doubt in concert. I had tickets to see Gwen and the BEP’s a few years back and was unable to see them because in between the time I purchased the tix and the show, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis which came on suddenly and affected my eye (Scleritis) Since then, my daughter has also been diagnosed with a form of arthritis (Psoriatic Arthritis) and I would LOVE to be able to surprise her by winning this contest and making up for the concert we were unable to attend in 2005!

Just about every one in life has an idol or someone they look up to, one of my biggest inspirations in life is Gwen Stefani. I have followed Gwen;s career ever since she started. i think i should win the contest because not only am i a huge no doubt fan, i’m a huge paramore fan, so it would mean even more to me. my boyfriend….er, ex-boyfriend, promised me as an early birthday present (my birthday was may 14th) we’d go up from our college in the philly area to nyc to see no doubt perform on the today show on may 1st. instead he broke up with me the night before we were set to leave, because he felt like commencement should be “the beginning of new girls to screw.” keep in mind, this was after a week of reassuring me that it didn’t matter that graduation was coming up, we’d still be together.

I have been a no doubt fan, pushing fanatic, for over ten years. Their songs have been so inspirational to me; ‘the climb’ and ‘dont speak’ are great for setting/reaching goals and breakups respectively. also, i am a legit no doubt fan b/c i thought ‘return of saturn’ was a great album. gwen, adrian, tony, and tom are all such great characters. love em’ all. I became an instant No Doubt fan in the fall of 1995 when I first saw “Just a Girl” as an MTV Buzz Clip while hanging out with friends late one night. I knew from that moment that No Doubt was going to be a huge influence on my life. I was a junior in high school, and had just recently come out to my folks. It was an awkward time to say the least. I wasn’t the most popular kid in school, and just had a lot of “finding myself” to do. Tragic Kingdom became the soundtrack of my life. It was the first time music had moved me to such a state of empowerment. Watching four very confident individuals get out there and just dare to be different was something that I aspired to. It wasn’t until I got the chance to see No Doubt live that I really starting coming into my own. I formed an instant connection to not only the music, but also the strength that Gwen, Tom, Tony, and Adrian exuded while rocking out on stage. I took a little piece of that strength home with me that night.
As the months progressed, I found myself more comfortable with who I was, more open to stepping outside the boundaries of what people expected me to be, and I really started becoming an individual. In turn, I found others being more comfortable around me… which led me to forming a really tight, protective, and loving circle of friends. I honestly can’t say that I would have gotten there without these 4 amazing people. As the years progressed and No Doubt took their music in different directions, I loyally stood by them. I found that the music tended to shape my later years, just as much as it did the earlier years.
I’ve gotten the opportunity to see No Doubt live many times over the years, but would trade all the memories for the opportunity to thank each member personally for breaking me out of my shell and allowing me to be comfortable with the person I was destined to become. A now 31 year old No Doubt fan through and through, you are bound to find me jamming along to their tunes until I’m old and gray. Thank you Just Jared, for offering the opportunity to make someone very happy!

I have been a No Doubt fan since 91 and the hubby has been a fan since 1988 (seriously..he grew up in Anaheim and use to see them when they were first starting out). It would be amazing to be able to see them together.
With two boys under 5 and a start up business it makes it difficult to afford/make it to a concert.. or to take a vacation. I have never been to New York..so it would be an amazing opportunity for us.

I am sure there are many people out there that would love to win these No Doubt tickets, and i am certainly one of them. I have been a No Doubt fan from the first time my oldest sister came home with their first cd and she’d play it in her room. i remember she would put the cd in her cd player, and then shut the door. luckily for me, she would blast the sound up and i was able to enjoy listening to it through the walls. when she caught me once listening and singing along, she asked me to come in and listen with her. and although she was 8 years my senior and we had nothing in common at them time, this is what connected us. when she got married and moved away to another state, it was the worst day of my life. i havent seen her in so long. before she left, she left me with her no doubt cd. although it in no way replaces her, everytime i hear the no doubt cd it brings me back to such great memories. and well thats why if i were to win these tickets, not only will i be the happiest girl in the world, but i would then call my sister up and ask her to go with me, and then truly would i be the happiest girl in the world.

i am a poor kid living on the east coast with barely anything to my name + $0 in my checking account.. i am a huge no doubt fan. this past fall a few months after my birthday, someone close to me suffered a huge heart attack. the days following were complete hell since we had no idea if they would make it out. they had a stroke and then was briefly in a coma. being in the hospital scared me but i eased the pain in listening to no doubt’s tragic kingdom to calm my nerves. it’s a miracle the person surivived but they are due in surgery next month.this would make my year if i won this… thanks!

If I were to be chosen as the winner of this contest, it would not only mean so much to be, but also to my dad. He is very much into all kinds of music and No Doubt is undoubtedly one of his favorite bands. Since I am in college now, I don’t get as many opportunities to spend time with my parents. This would really be a great memory to share with my Dad. When I first read that No Doubt would be having a reunion tour I couldn’t believe it. I really wanted to get my dad good tickets, but when I found out how expensive they were and was unable to get good seats I decided to forget about my surprise for him. I thought about telling him about the concert, but the tickets were very expensive and it just wasn’t the right time for him to spend that kind of money. When he eventually found out that they were playing in Atlantic City he was very upset that he didn’t know earlier to order tickets. It was also too late for the other shows around the area. Just today, minutes before reading about the contest my dad once again expressed to him how he regretted not getting good tickets to see No Doubt on tour this summer. It would mean so much to me if I could surprise my dad with these tickets.

When i was ten i used to jump around like gwen singing..its not until now..thati really appreciate the lyrics to all of the songs since i seem to be living through them…..During my first concert i got all dressed up as gwen from the Trapped in a Box video …my best friend was dressed as tony (we were only 11) We skipped school and waited overnight in order to get tickets. (with my very understanding dad…my mom was mad.)…then about 10 hours before the concert we sat in the rain and mud to get up in the front of the pit…we got up infront of the Pit…we were squished ,pushed, and i even had a black eye from getting hit with gwens water bottle…..the whole time we didnt care since we were so close to our idols….i caught a rose when gwen through them out during just a girl and i still have it….My friend and i wore no doubt shirts every day for 5th, 6th and 7th grade
and i even was name “No Doubt Girl” during my eighth grade graduation….I have been to concerts over the years but never got close enough to get my picture with all of them and thank them for their music..the sound track of my life….please let me go to meet them…it would be a dream come true for me…also…that is my 25th Birthday weekend…I would love to spend the celebration of the 1st quarter of my life with NO DOUBT!!!!

I believe I should be chosen because simply stated I am a long-time, devoted fan. I have supported No Doubt since 1995 when I fell in love with them and never for one moment stopped admiring them. I love the band because they are true to their roots and have supported each other like a true family. No Doubt put their heart and soul in every endeavor and go the extra mile to make sure their fans are enterained and appreciated. Meeting No Doubt would be a special moment for me since they are from my home state of California. I recently relocated to the East Coast where I have absolutely no family and am completely homesick! Hearing No Doubt on the radio gives me a special comfort and helps me remember all the wonderful memories I had in California. Meeting them would be like seeing family.

i think i should win the contest because not only am i a huge no doubt fan, i’m a huge paramore fan, so it would mean even more to me. my boyfriend….er, ex-boyfriend, promised me as an early birthday present (my birthday was may 14th) we’d go up from our college in the philly area to nyc to see no doubt perform on the today show on may 1st. instead he broke up with me the night before we were set to leave, because he felt like commencement should be “the beginning of new girls to screw.” keep in mind, this was after a week of reassuring me that it didn’t matter that graduation was coming up, we’d still be together.
so i watched the concert broken-hearted and with tears streaming down my face the next morning.

I think I should win the No Doubt tickets, mainly for three reasons. First, I am only twelve,and I have a passion for music and No Doubt! I absoulutly adore their music! :). the second reason, I have been trying to get tickets for over six months,But the tickets have been sold out, or the tickets were way to expensive,and I cant pay for expensive ticets because I’m practicly poor.:( And lastly, I honestly am a true fan, rather than have a person win these tickets that thinks No Doubts “allright music” why not give the tickets to a twelve year old whos a true fan at heart, Me. thank you. I need to win these tickets and meet & greet passes! I’ve been a huge No Doubt fan for quite some time now! I have two binders full of articles, pictures, and memorabilia from their years before they parted (which I will continue to add to now that they’re back together!) I even have a poster that is longer than my car that I bothered to people at Wet Seal for (for months!) when they had a No Doubt contest during the Rock Steady era. I have the Rock Steady No Doubt band playset, I have the Gwen dolls (as a guy I should be embarrassed to admit that, but I am not), I even have Gwen’s perfume…which I shamelessly wear from time to time, even though I’m not a cross-dresser! That’s devotion!
I love the band SO much! Their songs have gotten me through quite a few breakups, and their concerts are not to be missed! My first time seeing the band was on October 24, 2002. My first concert. I made it to the front row of the pit and thought I’d die when Gwen looked at me. My second show was June 11, 2004 at Nissan Pavilion. There, Gwen sang a line from “Simple Kind of Life” to me (”You seem like you’d be a good dad!”) I have an 8X10 of her pointing to me that I snapped as she sang the line! Then on November 5, 2005 I saw Gwen’s Love.Angel.Music.Baby tour in Fairfax, Virginia where my dream of meeting No Doubt came 25% true. Gwen came outside after putting on a highly energetic show, in the freezing cold, while pregnant, and signed autographs for every fan standing out there waiting (over 100 I’d estimate) which is honestly the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with any celebrity (and I’ve met some big-named stars). I also saw Gwen’s Sweet Escape tour but didn’t make out so lucky there.
I truly look up to No Doubt. I love the guys just as much as I love Gwen, and to see them all back together is something I (and every other No Doubt fan) have waited TOO LONG for! I’d love to finally meet the guys and thank them as well as Gwen for being who they are and for doing all they’ve done. The only thing I could think to say to Gwen when I met her was to thank her for singing to me the year before, to which she replied, “Aww, it was my pleasure!” I feel guilty still because as I spoke to her, she was in the middle of signing for another fan. So I feel like I robbed a fan of a great memory by intruding. I’d love to have just a few moments alone with the band, without stepping on another fan’s toes.

i think i should win the contest because not only am i a huge no doubt fan, i’m a huge paramore fan, so it would mean even more to me. my boyfriend….er, ex-boyfriend, promised me as an early birthday present (my birthday was may 14th) we’d go up from our college in the philly area to nyc to see no doubt perform on the today show on may 1st. instead he broke up with me the night before we were set to leave, because he felt like commencement should be “the beginning of new girls to screw.” keep in mind, this was after a week of reassuring me that it didn’t matter that graduation was coming up, we’d still be together.
so i watched the concert broken-hearted and with tears streaming down my face the next morning.

When her father was dying she turned to drugs to cope, dropping out of college even though she was an “A” student. I should win this pair of tickets because I have been a huge No Doubt fan for thirteen years. I was lucky enough to get tickets to see No doubt and blink 182 a few years ago but I had terrible seats. I purchased tickets to see Gwen when she went out on her solo tour. I have purchased every CD upon release from No Doubt and Gwen Stefani. Gwen announced her pregnancy about two weeks after I found out I was pregnant myself! I even read somewhere that we had the same due date in June of 2006. I am currently a full time single mother, working full time, and going to school full time with all the many things keeping me busy they are also draining my wallet so unfortunately I can’t afford the 80.00 dollar tickets to see No Doubt. Meeting this band would be the most incredible thing, I am a huge No Doubt fan and it would mean the world to me to have a change to meet at greet my favorite band of all time!!!!

I absolutely love No Doubt!!!!!!! There music inspires me to be a better person and I love their unique style because it’s different and so am I. I don’t care what people think I can only be me, the person I see. I’ve written several songs for my school talent show and I love lyrics that hold so much meaning to them and No Doubt definitely has all that and more!!!!!!! I should win this contest because I feel as though I would truly get the most out of the experience; especially as a college student I have yet to live life. Every break I am on campus and working full time, in fact the summer after my freshman year I worked full-time at two jobs (one on campus and one off), the summer after my sophomore year I worked full-time at two jobs plus I enrolled in two summer courses, this summer again I am working two jobs as much as possible except this time I am enrolled in 4 summer courses, as you can see each year I am working hard and especially during the summer-why because I have to, I support myself and I pay for my college education (in addition to the loans that I have) and I am preparing myself for grad school. Money is money, I understand that it comes and goes but the one thing I wish I could do is take the time to have fun, to be a college student, to just go to a concert instead of always being bound to my small college campus, where I know everybody, I’ve worked everywhere, and where I’ve stayed tied to. I am 21 years old, a rising college senior and I have yet to do anything exciting, because money is always an obstacle, not only for me but for my friends as well, so even when I can gather the money to go, nobody else can afford the ticket or trip. The only trip that has been an experience was going to Mississippi with Habitat for Humanity and so even when I might have time to let go and be a college student, I can’t because volunteering is another thing that I can’t help but do, I just care about everything and everyone else, and I truly want to make a difference so I always neglect to take care of myself. Moreover, I’ve been through so much over the last three years besides being an independent student, I’ve been hit by a car ( a minivan) and I’ve had to go through so many traumatic events but I stay strong no matter what!!! Did I mention I really, really, really admire No Doubt, their music, their charity efforts, basically everything about the group like their strong will power and determination to perceiver over adversity!!!! Plus if you choose me I would be willing to sing my heart out for the group or share my three songs that I’ve written!!!!!!!!! I love No Doubt please pick me, help me have a life and share what would be the coolest college experience ever, OMG going to NY for a No Doubt concert and meeting the group members would be such a dream come true!!!!!! I would like to win M&G passes because I am a hardcore fan who would like thank No Doubtfor the HUGE impact it has had on my life. Growing up I was a very shy timid girl, it was in middle school when I first discovered No Doubt when I heard Just a Girl on the radio. Suddenly I felt empowered. I remember telling everyone about No Doubt and helping them become our graduating class’ favorite band:) Ever since then Ive been obsessed! No Doubt has helped to shape my identity. Through them I have developed a love of music and concerts. All the No Doubt concerts that I have attended have been amazing and seeing them live is one of the best feelings in the world. People know me as a no doubt fan and being a no doubt fan has helped me make new friends I would have never made if it weren’t for them.
I love No Doubt because they have helped to shape who I am but primarily for being themselves. They are friends and family and they extend that to their fans. Their music is amazing and unlike any others. I love how they are not defined by any genre and that=2 0they’re main goal is to have fun. Above all else what draws me to them is their honestly, they don’t pretend to be someone they are not and this carries on through their music. I love No Doubt and I am happy they are in my life and want to let them know this.

Well Im not going to say Im the BIGGEST fan there is! Im not. I am HUGE fan and ABSOLUTELY LOVE their music going back to the early albums, but there will always be those obsessive, stalker types that are technically bigger fans than music lovers like myself.
Basically I am flying out to Wantagh on that Friday from St. Louis to go to a friends wedding on Saturday…..BUT I would DEFINITELY skip the reception or even the wedding (sorry steph and clay!) for a change to go to the concert and MEET AND GREET!!!! OH MY LORD!!!!!!!

Well basically, I Love no doubt! and Gwen Stefani is my Idol! I Should win because I’ve Never Been to ANY concert…EVER. and im 20 years old! and can’t afford to just buy tickets, because im currently half supporting my mom and siblings, as she’s been out of work, since october, 2007, due to a work related accident resulting in a major back injury. from wich she has been un able to recieve the proper treatment, (ie cortizone shots, and possible surgery) because of our financial hardship. Gwen Stefani, has been the only celebrity i have EVER idiolized. I love her style, sense of humor, and abilitly to have fun on stage. I’ve followed all her tours, since the invention of youtube, and own all Gwen merchandise that has been released in the past 6 years, (with the exception of clothing) i have the calendars, the vynal records, posters, magazine clippings, patches, dolls, a huge framed portrait from the rollingstone cover, i was given the “Harajuku Lovers Tour” DVD for my birthday, and not only do i know everyword, to every song on it…but i know all of gwens little speeches to the audience by heart! She also appeared in many of my Major projects my senior year of high school, from my english portfolio, to my spanish “story of my life” project. I even Dressed in Drag as gwen on year for halloween! I also have a No doubt, tattoo idea in the works, for sometime when i get myself and my family financially on our feet. I think that if i were to win this, it would show me that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and would help me to plow thru the tunnel! OMG!!!! No Doubt was the music I’ve listened to since high school. I’m so excited the band is back together. It brings back many cherished memories any time I listen to wone of their songs.

I should win this because I am a huge fan of No Doubt! I do not go to many concerts. Two years ago I was in a car accident that injured my back. Since then I can no longer work and have had a couple back surgeries. My husbaand and best friend takes care of the household duties and I would love for us to enjoy a fun night together at a No Doubt concert.
My friends and I are home for our first summer from college. We’re dying of boredom! I’m hoping Gwen can wake us up and revive our first summer.
Hoping that my luck will change I’m entering this contest. No Doubt has always been my favorite band, so of course my first concert ever was suppose to be no doubt’s April 2002 show in Cleveland, OH. But it never happened for Gwen had to cancel due to illness. I was totally bummed but I knew I’d get another chance someday. Then later that year I was on vacation in LA during the premier of the new Vin Diesel *** movie. I knew Gavin did a song for the soundtrack so I figured I’d go in hopes of possibly seeing Gwen. We took local public transportation and didn’t realize how far downtown LA was from Westwood, thus missed the beginning of the red carpet and found out from people around us that Gwen and Gavin were the first to arrive and that they already were inside. So we stuck around hoping to see them leave but they must of taken an alternative exit and yet again I lucked out. So then in 2007 my sisters bought me tickets to the Milwaukee sweet escape show as a graduation present. I was so excited and then again the concert was CANCELED, no explanation but I didn’t need one I knew it was b/c of me I was cursed. Now finally living in NYC, I knew my chance had come when no doubt was to play for the Today show, first time in 5yrs. I got there at 11pm the following day to ensure a close spot. After waiting in the rain for hours they opened the gates at 6am, only to find out that we had to stand in the back b/c we didn’t have these special VIP fan passes that the today show now requires to get anywhere close. So I stood in the back, heard the band perform but saw nothing, thanks today show. And last but not least I entered a contest for no doubt meet and greet to the DC show, and out of random picks #18 and #20 won, guess which # I was, yeap #19. So I got my fingers crossed, thank you justjared for offering up these tixs, here’s hoping my bad luck will finally run out!

I used to see Gwen and the boys years ago play in OC and Los Angeles in a club no bigger than my basement… When Rodney on the Roq used to play this “new” band out of OC. I have been a fan since then, and moving out to NYC, they remind me of home. Now that I have a daughter, I want to bring her to see and experience her first concert with a “real” band… Plus Paramore is opening and we are in love with them as well! Both bands are awesome and I would love for Gwen to meet my 6 y/o daughter. She would just eat her up and it would make my daughter’s day to meet her! I hope we win!
