Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are not splitting up.

Pitt’s rep tells Usmagazine.com reports the couple were about to announce a breakup are “absolutely not true.”

Adds Jolie’s manager: “Not true at all.”

A source tells the newest issue of Us Weekly: “They have their fights and moments, but generally things are good. They are happy — and Brad loves being a father!”

The National Enquirer reported Jolie and Pitt — together since 2005, when he separated from Jennifer Aniston — were going to announce an “official” split, and could face an “ugly court battle” over their $200 million and custody of their six children.

The Enquirer says the deciding moment was a fight at the Cannes premiere of Inglourious ********.

Rounding out the top 5 are Madonna, Beyonce Knowles, and Tiger Woods. NEW YORK (AFP) — Superstar actress and humanitarian advocate Angelina Jolie has unseated talkshow diva Oprah Winfrey as the world’s most powerful celebrity in a new survey published by Forbes magazine Wednesday.

The top ranking is based on income over the past 12 months as well as web references, press clippings, broadcast mentions and major magazine covers devoted to the celebrity, Forbes said.

Oscar winner Jolie, 33, one half of the Hollywood golden couple dubbed “Brangelina” with Brad Pitt, earned 27 million dollars between June 2008 and June 2009.

Her earnings and “famous face,” Forbes said, were enough to dethrone media maven Winfrey, who earned 275 million dollars.

The Forbes salary thing is ALWAYS effed up. Angie didn’t work from Dec 2007 to Feb 2009…so how the hell could she have earned anything in 2008? She got paid in 2006 for KFP and 2007 for Wanted & Changeline, so that’s ZERO INCOME for 2008. For 2009 she’s currently filming Salt and word is she got $15MIL plus 6% gross (gross points). That would put her 2009 earnings at $15MIL. So how did Forbes come up with $27MIL? She doesn’t currently have any endorsements or residuals.

As far as I know Angie DID NOT have points on KFP. Supposedly she got $10MIL for the voicework. She may get points on the sequel though, but I would say it will depend on the size of her role.

As for Wanted, there were rumblings that she got points, but mostly I read at movie sites that she got a straight salary of $17.5MIL. And again - that’s was salary for 2007, not 2008. Also, I saw 2 different figures for Changeling - $10MIL and $15MIL. Considering the budget was $55MIL, I’d say she got $10MIL on that one. But again…that would have been 2007 salary.

And don’t even get me started on Brad’s $28MIL. In 2008 he did TOL and IB. He basically did TOL for free. He’s supposedly getting $15MIL+ gross points on IB. He has his SoftBank and Edward Jeans deals, but the Tag Heuer deal ended in 2008. The SoftBank gig supposedly pays $4MIL per year, but I’ve heard a number on the Edward Jeans ads…he’s been doing them forever though.

BTW - X supposedly made $25MIL in 2008-2009? Well…the Friends residuals deal is $100MIL/yr divided 6 ways or $16.7MIL. The DumbWater deal only pays $1MIL a year + stock options. That would leave the Turkey Baster movie paying her around $7.5-8MIL. Uh…not. That would be about 1/2 the budget of the entire indie flick…and considering how misManagement just bombed…I’m guessing an indie flick didn’t pay her anywhere near $8MIL…

BUT, she DID have the power to get over her past and find true happiness, become a loving mother, help needy impoverished abused children around the world while also bringing the world’s attention to these poor children, gain respect from world leaders, and be associated with and known for her humanatarian works and beliefs as opposed to just being known as another useless actress. :-)

The Forbes salary thing is ALWAYS effed up. Angie didn’t work from Dec 2007 to Feb 2009…so how the hell could she have earned anything in 2008? She got paid in 2006 for KFP and 2007 for Wanted & Changeline, so that’s ZERO INCOME for 2008. For 2009 she’s currently filming Salt and word is she got $15MIL plus 6% gross (gross points). That would put her 2009 earnings at $15MIL. So how did Forbes come up with $27MIL?

As far as I know Angie DID NOT have points on KFP. Supposedly she got $10MIL for the voicework. She may get points on the sequel though, but I would say it will depend on the size of her role.

As for Wanted, there were rumblings that she got points, but mostly I read at movie sites that she got a straight salary of $17.5MIL. And again - that’s was salary for 2007, not 2008.

And don’t even get me started on Brad’s $28MIL. In 2008 he did TOL and IB. He basically did TOL for free. . . . The SoftBank gig supposedly pays $4MIL per year.

Here’s my question. If people like Angie and Brad get gross points then they wouldn’t get the results of their points until the final tally on th film was done. That can be 1 to 2 years after their work on the film. Wanted wasn’t through its theatrical run until the 3rd or 4th quarter 2008. So its conceivable she didn’t get that money until 2009 or maybe late 2008. Same with Fung Fu Panda if she got any points on that. The studio used her name & face to a great extent on selling KFP so I can’t imagine that she & Brad weren’t smart enough to know she was a huge asset to the film. Didn’t that movie make about half a billion? I also wonder if the income for stars of Angie’s caliber depend on how largeher role is in Kung Fu Panda 2. I think the studio calculates how much her name & face attached will add to the film’s revenue and negotiate her contract based on that.

You know studios have always been and continue to be as secretive as they can be about their finances and what they have to shell out to get talent. For all the talk you never do hear stars talking about the financial aspects of their contracts. I can”t think of a time I’ve heard talent discuss that in public. There are very few actors or directors who get gross points and they usually obly get them for certain types of movies. I think the studios like this as sub rosa as possile. The media and industry can gossip about it all they want but the tudios never confirm this stuff. At least not that I am aware of.

Brad’s work for multibillion dollar overseas corporations must yield him more than $4 million. That’s what they spend redecorating their CEO’s suites. As we all know, Brad is a huge celebrity worldwide. To get his face and name attached to their product has to be costing the giant corps $25 million a year or more. Especially taking into account that he is acting in commericals not just posing for photos. I don’t know how he’s getting paid - cash, stock, charitable contributions, a combo of those. But a face and name so well known and liked all over the world is what they want as they open new markets and expand existing ones. Now a jeans company may pay him only $4 million but Softbanc? I’m doubtful about that. Just my opinion, of course.

I had this argument at a film site with some guy who couldn’t understand that Brad Pitt’s “play or pay” contract clause would be the very best and tightest in th eindustry. It didn’t matter that it was Brad who rejected the script because that was the luxury his contract allowed. The studio would have been in material violation of the contract by failing to deliver a script acceptable to Brad. Simple as that. Do people really think that Brad didn’t get paid for wasting his time reserving his schedule, turning down other offers, and prepping for State of Play? Not to mention that $20 million is chump change to Universal who, in the end realized, they had no leg to stand on despite their obnoxious posturing and empty threats to sue Brad. Let’s not forget that they need Brad for future projects. They had to have known that all along. I would bet anything that Universal did what Brad’s contract called for - play him under his terms or pay him his $20 million.

A sultry interloper has ousted Oprah Winfrey from the top spot on the Forbes list of the celebrities with the most juice.

Angelina Jolie, who placed third last year, dethroned the media maven despite the fact that Oprah was once again the highest earner on the list.

Jolie garners loads of that as one of Hollywood’s leading ladies - and as the better half of Tinsel Town’s hottest couple.

Her husband is Brad Pitt, who was number 9 on the list, right behind Jennifer Aniston, the actress he dumped for Jolie.

For me adopting a child wether it’s from the US or other country, still you are doing & helping that child to have a secure & good future. US have plenty orf resources to help the unfortunate kids but not from the 3rd world countries including Vietnam,Laos & Africa. Congrats to Angie. I know she doesn’t care about these lists and number games. It’s great nonetheless.
She is a great rolemodel for any modern woman and proof that you can have a crazy youth and mature in a responsible human being that is generous, compassionate and strong. I’m glad that I’m not in the spotlight, because when I look back, I did some pretty crazy things in my younger years and I certainly wouldn’t want every Frick and Frack to know about it and talk about it 20 years later.

It must be hard turning down $20 million dollar offers, and unlike others she isn’t making 4 films a year. She’s been through a lot in a little time and seems to have become grounded in what’s really important in life. Rumors of a breakup are “not true,” says the rep.

Reports surfaced Wednesday that Pitt and Jolie, who are parents to six children, were planning to make a split “official.” The reports stemmed from a story in the National Enquirer.

Unfortunately there isn’t much to see cause everythings covered, but I suggest going and talking to the cops. They have some funny stories. Who know you might get a glimpse of her leaving if you stay long enough! Also be mindful of the fact that they are filming the ending so please be respectful and don’t take pictures!!! Well they might be ending filming soon, but just because they are filming the ending doesn’t mean they are almost done filming. I don’t think they’ll be done until July. I think my dad said that Brad and Angelina are staying on Long Island for the summer. Or at least they’ll have a house here for the summer…doesn’t mean they are necessarily living in it.

Brad does not start filming in Anaheim until June 11th (Variety and plenty of other sources). Brad flew back to Long Island from LA yesterday. Salt is supposed to wrap filming in the next couple of days.

Well truth be told they make a list according and I quote “which ranks the rich and famous based on media exposure and career earnings over the past year.”. It’s 2009 and Jennifer Aniston continues to discuss her failed marriage to Brad Pitt and make allusions to Brad’s new love Angelina Jolie. Why? Because talking about Hollywood’s It Couple ensures Jennifer will get plenty of press write-ups.

In Hollywood, actors walk a fine line between maintaining their privacy and whoring out intimate details of their personal lives in a transparent attempt to call attention to their latest projects. Accordingly, whenever Jen has a new film to promote, talk always somehow turns to her 2005 divorce from Pitt, 45, and to his partner, Jolie, 33.

Exhibit A: In the December 2008 issue of Vogue, Aniston made headlines when she announced that she was “annoyed” when she read that Jolie said she had fallen in love with Brad on the set of their 2005 blockbuster, Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

“There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening,” Aniston said. “I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss.” Jennifer then shook her head in disbelief. “That stuff about how [Angelina] couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool,” she said.

Jennifer, who was married to Pitt from 2000 to 2005, has often played up her “scorned woman” status whenever she’s promoting a new project. While it’s sad whenever a marriage breaks up, typically there are underlying issues on both sides that lead to divorce.

Since 2005, Aniston has repeatedly suggested in press interviews that her marriage to Pitt dissolved because Angelina somehow “stole her man.” Jen must have forgotten that you can’t steal a man away from another woman unless he wants to leave.

Meanwhile, Angelina has given birth to three of Pitt’s children (twins Knox and Vivienne, born in 2008, and Shiloh, born in 2006) and has adopted 3 other kids with Brad. The jet-setting couple has also traveled extensively on humanitarian missions around the world and donated millions of dollars to charity. You would think that would be enough to seal their status as a bona fide couple and leave them alone.

But in the new issue of Elle UK, Jennifer, 40, loudly proclaims how happy she is now with her life. And you believe her…until talk of Brangelina comes up. Again. Except this time, Aniston slyly makes a statement about the superstar couple by saying she’s not commenting (sorta).

“No matter what I say, things will always be taken out of context and misinterpreted, will always be turned around to make it seem as though I won’t let something go, or that I just keep talking about it over and over,” says Aniston of her divorce from Pitt.

“I don’t owe anybody my side of the story. There are no sides!” she adds. “There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It’s just not the case.”

Jen, we couldn’t agree more. You’re in amazing shape, famous, successful and rich. You don’t need to discuss Brangelina anymore. Love ‘em or hate ‘em, Brad and Angie are together now and parents to six children. If that doesn’t make them a couple in their own right (and not merely someone’s ex), I really don’t know what does.

Angelina Jolie fans want people to give their favourite actress a break.

They are sick of people saying bad things about Angelina and think it’s time people moved away from the whole Angelina vs Jennifer Aniston debate.

Angelina’s spokesperson has just had to confirm that Angelina and Brad are not splitting up as reports suggest.

We have lost count of the times they have had to defend their relationship. People are forever saying Brad is meeting up with Jen in secret, Angelina controls Brad and that they don’t love each other anymore.

Angelina Super fan Sarah Oliver told MyParkmag: “Angelina is a fantastic actress and people should talk about the great films she has been in.

“She is a stunning woman and I think people are just jealous. She has a good looking man and a beautiful family.”

Robbie Johnstone added: “I agree, she does amazing things for charity and she has saved so many lives through her humanitarian work.

“People should give her a break.”

Stepping out of her teeny-bopper image would be easy for High School Musical’s Vanessa Hudgens if the right parts came along. Lucky for her, she’s been getting offers she can’t refuse. The starlet already has an upcoming action flick called Sucker Punch, and she couldn’t help but describe it as her ultimate Angelina Jolie role.

Vanessa Hudgens told E! News that she was all ready to work on Sucker Punch, which will begin filming when she finishes the romantic retelling Beastly. Unable to contain her excitement, she compared her character to Lara Croft in Tomb Raider.

“I’m so stoked about it,” the actress told E! “I kept telling everyone, ‘I want to do an action film.’ But they were like, ‘Maybe in a few years.’ So I’m like, ‘Ha, in your face. I am doing one now!”

She also discussed her career with the magazine InStyle UK, in addition to appearing on its July 2009 cover, Hudgens said that despite all the difficulties of being in the entertainment industry, she wouldn’t trade anything for it.

“All the rejection is tough and discouraging,” she revealed. “It’s so dog-eat-dog, and who would want to subject their girl to that world? But it was just something that I loved so much. Man, I can’t imagine myself away from the business.”

Hudgens even reiterated her Jolie-metaphor for the magazine. On being cast for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch, she said: “It’s totally my Angelina Jolie part. People are either going to love me for doing it or hate me for doing it, but I’m very excited.”
