Christina Aguilera walks out of SLS hotel with her new perfume Xpose in hand on Tuesday (June 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 28-year-old singer recently shared that, “My last album had a vintage, retro, glam appeal. And this next album which I am almost finished and am about to release has a very modern sense about it,” she said.
“Futuristic in terms of looking into the future and giving it a new twist and a new sensibility.” How do you give a new twist to a future that hasn’t happened yet? Aguilera explained to the LA Times: “I am working with a lot of electro artists to make that come alive. That is what really inspires me at the moment. And what is great is that I interpret it in my musical way and [Stephen Webster's] interprets in his jewelry way.”

She has a great talent, but she wears waaaaaaaaay too much make-up. I think she would look much better if she wore less make-up and didn’t dye her hair quite so peroxide blonde.
She really puts on her makeup with a shovel, way too much. And the overdyed hair, it looks “crispy”, like it’s majorly damaged and would break if you touch it. Like someon said, she looks a bimbo, looks like one of the girls on Rock of Love or something, cheap.
That said, she does have a good voice, but I find everything she sings to sound the same, she does those annoying vocal acrobatics (yes Christina, we know you can hit the high notes), she has not learned that less is more, for her music, hair or makeup!!

yea. i didn’t mean she had to go without make up with my “down time” comment, i just meant maybe her face desreves a break with less make up. it’s like everytime i see her she always has make up on, and it’s usually with a HEAVY HAND from either her or her stylist or whoever does her face. really. like she’s constantly ON all the time you know. there is NEVER a down day with her and quite honestly, considering i’ve been following her career since she was a kid, i’m forgeting how the real/other/younger christina aguilera looked like. i’m not saying she’s not pretty and i’m not hating. yeah. as someone who isn’t adept in applying make up, i’m learning and one thing i’m learning is that this kind of look is mostly a night look or for going out, but it’s not an everyday look. maybe she was in a meeting or promoting something. i mean even that stupid chick heidi is looking quite bare faced on that dumb nbc show she’s on and her brain and ego are inflated beyond that of a normal person.
