Christian Bale: Terminating Tokyo
Christian Bale and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Moon Bloodgood, Anton Yelchin and director McG at the Japan premiere of their movie Terminator Salvation at Lalaport Toyosu in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday (June 4).
Speaking about his role in the movie, Christian revealed that he is well aware that he is not the star of the cyborg film.
“People come to a Terminator movie for the Terminators and the action. I don’t mind essentially playing second fiddle to a Terminator,” said the 35-year-old actor.
In the US box office the action movie grossed $90.9 million so far. The film will open in Japan on June 13.

Bale looks old and he’s so bad in Terminator and most of his films.
Always acting the same and does not bring out anything fresh.
I dont think his wife is pretty either she looks exactly like Princess Caroline. Caroline and Stephanie didnt inherit the natural beautiful genes of their mom Princess Grace.

I thought Bale was fine in the movie… obviously all the credit goes to Worthington because he was essentially the main character in that film, but there wasn’t a lot of Bale’s script that didn’t involve screaming. I think he did a good job with what he had..
and where is Sam Worthington by the way? I don’t think he was at the Paris premiere either…
For the record, I loved Terminator. I’ll go see it again if I have the chance. And Bryce is absolutely gorgeous, the extra weight in the film looked great on her… but she needs to burn that outfit. Yikes.
Bryce looks so much better without the severe hair style and makeup. Now she needs to work on her wardrobe.

Its no surprise Up,Night at the Museum and Star Trek are upstaging Terminator Salvation because its a dud of a movie and bad acting all around. Bale will be terminated by Johnny Depp in Public Enemies.
Christian needs acting lessons plus sexy and class from Pitt,Clooney and DiCaprio.

Bale was great in T4. T4 is a very good action movie. People seem not able to forget someone’s faults! Don’t forget your own eather! Don’t forget that Sean Penn used to beat people up, that Johnny Depp used to smash up hotelrooms. Don’t forget that Polanski had sex with a kid. Why punish Bale so hardly? I love the work of all these gentlemen, but they are lucky that when they got wild, there was no internet.
Bryce usually looks good, but this outfit is a big no no!
What is Bryce wearing? She is pretty but she does not always get it right, fashion-wise.

@ 15,16 agree 100%.bale was the worst choice for the role of john connor.it is the worst performance of his career. He’s one note, wooden,boring and talks in his low Batman voice for the most time. I think another actor could have done more here. if Sam Worthington had been Connor it would have been an entirely different film,a better film.
Hey 22, I don’t agree! He does not use the same voice and the same facial expressions! Ans it’s absolutely not a wooden ,boring performance. He couldn’t bring more to that role, cause there wasn’t much you could bring into it. He played a character that couldn’t develop, like Sam’s. Sam W. did a terrific job with it!

He always looks hot. I thought he played John Connor absolutely appropriately, given that JC is supposed to be the savior of the human race and things aren’t going his way…. The script was a bit half-baked, likely because of the writer’s strike. But the movie is still entertaining and quite a ride…

in T4,he’s a good John Connor because all his scenes were cut a(the lack of the script for the other characters) and he has a better accent than Sam Worthington(the real star of the movie)
Moon Bloodgood looks beautiful.
I enjoyed the film. The actors did their best with a terrible script and muddled storyline. No doubt Sam Worthington is the real star of the film.
