Being inundated daily with celeb ‘who’s hot who’s not, who’s gown made the cut, whose didn’t, whose bikini shots are going to become legendary, who is seen where and with whom, whether Miley Cyrus cut her wisdom teeth, what male teeny bopper has the thirteen year olds hyperventilating, who changed their hairstyle ………blah, blah

Then there is Angie. Angie who uses HW as a vehicle for her acting chops and NOTHING ELSE. The rest of Angie is a real woman with a multitude of interests and involvements. A woman who can chew gum, walk, run and fly at the same time.

She is a renaissance woman, a woman who embraces all aspects of her self. She is fully actualized. She doesn’t see herself as others do and then sit back and bask in it.

People as intelligent as Angie don’t limit themselves to a tunneled track in life, they see, they feel, they act because they ‘care.’ Not because they are fame hungry or greedy. They do what they do because they can……….emotionally, intellectually and financially.

What separates Angie from the pack is her true grit, intelligence, heart and proactivity. She’s not lazy. She’s not egocentric. She’s not insecure, There are few male or female stars about which we can make the same claim.

Her internalization is her power.

Externalized people do things for the approval of others.

Not Angie, she does what she does because that is who she is and she doesn’t give a sweet shite about judgment by others.

That is why I am her fan. Oh, yes and from all accounts she is a genuinely humble and sweet person.

Angelina has never worked in a movie where the violence was used to glorify the evil guy like Hitler. NO, indeed, Angelina’s has always been a protagonist in her movies where she uses violence for justice or to save the world. Whether it be lara croft or as Jane smith.

This is not so very far from her own personal position with respect to use of force for peacekeeping purposes. I think you’d find that she is very much an advocate of that nor is she the only one. No one sends a peace keeping force into a country without sending in arms and ammunition to protect the peace keepers and the people they want to protect. Even little Australia sent in armed troops and police to help contain the violence in East Timor and inflicted violence on the rabble to enforce the peace.

So I don’t really see any disconnect between Angelina’s movies - using violence where necessary to defend herself, enforce justice or save the world and her real life advocacy of peace, using arms if necessary.

Now you can argue that the violence in her movies are excessive and gratuitous, but most unbiased human beings understand that there is a HUGE difference between

(a) a James Bond or Will smith movie with lots of gratuitous violence with lots of stunts is fun.

(b) real life, where the same gratuitous violence would be awful; BUT THAT SOMETIMES:

(c) in real life, necessary force is necessary.

Which is why her action movies, Will smith’s, Brad’s IB, Daniel Craig’s James bond and lots of others will continue to make mega bucks.

Only fools like you claim to be shocked and claim that the world was shocked when Angelina supports continued presence of US arm forces in Iraq to protect the innocent, enforce the peace so that rebuilding can take place. There is a place for necessary force. If you want to claim that Angelina is a hypocrite for advocating peace whilst making action movies full of gratuitous violence and stunts, no doubt, you’ll find good company amongst fillerface’s fans.

Obviously, you have made it your mission to analyze AJ on a blog based on rag rumors, PR manufactured triangle, empathy for a scorned ex sitcom star and your un-learned opinion. AJ has played a fantasy character in the Lara Croft movies and Wanted. She has also played intelligent and compassionate women characters in several movies,such as A mighty Heart, Changeling and Beyond Borders. AJ has also shown compassion and empathy through her various charitable projects and UN work. I don’t see you whining about Matt , George, Brad, Arnold or any male action star that also contribute in the humanitarian arena. However, continue with your un-learned opinion and your psycho babble nonsense. It does not make a dent in AJ life or her humanitarian work. Just entertainment on a blog. Peace.
