The 37-year-old actress’s ex-boyfriend and Alias costar Michael Vartan opened up to the June 2009 issue of Redbook. Here’s what he said on whether he’s learned anything from his onscreen relationships “No, because with onscreen romances, you know from the beginning whether or not and how two characters will get together. I wish it were that easy! I wish there were road signs in real life of what to do and how the hell to do it. But I guess that’s what makes it fun. Or not!”

Let’s be honest: Jennifer Garner doesn’t flaunt her sexuality because she has no sexuality to flaunt. She gave birth in January, maybe all the baby weight shouldn’t be off yet but she should look better than THAT! She’s an actress, she’s supposed to take care of her body!!!
Vartan is having the last laugh, I’m sure, Jennifer Garner is one of those women whose looks are fading fast. By the time she hits 40, forget it.

The blurb is about Michael Vartan but the picture is of Jennifer Garner because EVEN AFTER 5 years, that is Michael’s one claim to fame - “he briefly dated jennifer Garner”. People talk about Jenn getting publicity because of who she is married to, but she has done scads more than Michael Vartan after Alias. Vartan only gets publicity because of his connection to Jennifer!
She is so cute. Love her but she does dress a bit sloppy.

Is he gay? Not that there’s anything wrong with that. victor garber is, and he was GREAT at playing a romantic character with Lena Olin.
No, not gay, just very private. Doesn’t like to be in tabloids or gossip columns ’cause he’s very shy. And the breakup with Garner really did his head in.
If Michal Vartan really cared about Jen he would want to see her happy (even with someone else). He had ample opportunity to commit to Jen but he drugged his feet. You snooze you lose Buster. She is happy now with her beautiful babies and devoted husband.
Michael Vartan was not the love of her life. She dated him for nearly a year. She has been with BIg Ben for more than five years, building a life with him and their girls and seems as more in love with him than ever.
Too bad for her it’s not reciprocated. What goes around, comes around, Mrs. Affleck!!
