Michelle Obama: Eiffel Tower Power
First Lady Michelle Obama looks fashionably casual as she visits the Eiffel Tower with daughters Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, in Paris on Friday (June 5).
President Barack Obama arrived in France to attend the D-Day celebrations to mark the 65th anniversary of the June 6, 1944 allied landings in France, leading commemorations attended by thousands of Americans on June 6 at the ceremony above Omaha Beach, where more than 9,000 US troops fought and died in June 1944.

Fashionably casual?? I am sorry and I think this woman is smart and nice but why does the media keep praising her bad taste?? She looks awful wearing those clothes, plus being an official visit I do not think it is appropriate they take nieces and grandma along. I am sure they have the money to do it on their own. It just looks weird how they are handling this issue! By the way, I voted fo Obama!
The outfit she’s wearing here is what she should wear to plant her organic garden. Not an outfit for sightseeing in Paris as our First Lady. Maybe she’s confused??
I love the Obama family. I have never seen an entire family that’s just well pretty. They look so adorable! The real life Cosby kids. I am glad that Americans get to see that we are all pretty much the same regardless of the color of our skin. Go Obamas!

We were surfing the internet and had to stop and say a few words about the picture that we saw of FLOTUS. With all due respect, FLOTUS is representing our great country, the US of A, and should be looking her best when she knows she is going to be out in the public eye. She almost looked like she was ready to scrub the kitchen floor in that “get-up”. Her only saving grace was the pair of $500+ Lanvin tennis shoes she had on again (in a different color)….The outfit was not flattering in the least bit (she looks like she has that “baby-bump” issue again). On that note, we would like to conclude that it doesn’t matter…black or white, we would have still made the comments that we did. Our hope is that someone close to her will see all the negative comments about her public wardrobe and find a stylist that is worth his/her mettle.

I think that the majority is shaking in their boots about becoming the minority. The Obama’s…Judge Sotomayor….hee hee I hear the teeth chattering. Get used to it! lol

Just out of curiosity, can we be specific? What percentage of the US population are AA, Hispanic, Asian, etc? How long roughly before they become the majority?
@Rhonda: First of all sweetie, I’ve never drank kool-aid a day in my life. You gotta come up with something better than that. Second of all, my eyes are WIDE open and it seems like your the one hung up on race. The only thing thats taking your busted ass down is ignorance and idiocy.

Yup, thats right I said “initiated”. The man JUST got into office, he’s not a miracle worker but he has made strides. You should take your own advice and give him time before you condemn him. Although, I know there are plenty of people just waiting to see him fail. Second of all, I’m not here to talk about Clinton, so take your Clinton tirade somewhere else.
Obviously posters have different definitions of the word ‘classy!’ :lol:
My dictionary says classy means stylish and sophisticated.
Stylish means fashionably elegant.
Sophisticated means having or showing worldly experience and taste in matters of culture or fashion.
There are pictures. MO looked dreadful before the campaign. The experts have been helping her improve her looks. They can’t do more than their best.

Ugh. She looks like she’s on her way to do laundry. Her clothes are almost always 2 sizes to small and unflattering, and this particular outfit looks like something out of the Salvation Army. And the shoes and hair? OMG.
She has terrible posture and just no grace whatever. It’s really too bad with everything she has at her disposal to go around looking like that.

She does her best, with the help of the experts. I suppose she could work on her posture, but it takes time. If she could choose her looks, she’d probably want to look like Halle Berry.
