Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal shop at the Marni boutique in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Saturday afternoon (June 6).
Marni is an Italian design house that is brightly colored with kaleidoscopic murals and freeform mirrors, which provide a vibrant backdrop for the label’s quirky yet sophisticated women’s collection.
Reese will be spending 14 weeks in Washington D.C. this summer shooting her new not-yet-titled James L. Brooks movie. Jack Nicholson is currently in talks to join the cast.

John Draper Witherspoon, 30, was arrested, last year in Nashville, Tennesee, after allegedy attempting to molest neighbor, Rebecca Morgan, 25, in her own home. John Witherspoon faces six years in jail if he’s found guilty in Davidson County Criminal Court this week. His attoney Ed Yarbrough insists the incident was alcohol-related and was a one-off, claiming this client “stumpled into the wrong house”.
