Jordin Sparks - “Battlefield” Music Video

Check out Jordin Sparks’ new music video for her hit song “Battlefield,” off her sophomore effort of the same name (out July 21st).

“To me, the title Battlefield is about strength and perseverance,” Jordin explains about the album and song title. “Things can go from good to bad in an instant, it could be family, friendship or work; and my favorite line in the song is, ‘you better go and get your armor,’ because it’s telling you to be prepared for that time so that you can overcome it.”

The Battlefield video was directed by Philip Andelman in Los Angeles last month. Check it out below!

The video’s a little underwheling for such a pwerful, srtong song. I expected something more, other than a ridicoulse amount of fog! She looks gorgous tho! =))

I love Jordin Sparks; but I am waiting for her to sing a different genre — much like the songs she sang on American Idol which fits her voice much better. But I guess she has to go through this types of songs yet because of her age!
