Brad Pitt Checks Out ‘Art Basel 40′
A solo Brad Pitt visits the international art show Art 40 Basel, in Basel, Switzerland on Tuesday (June 9).
Art 40 Basel features more than 300 leading art galleries from all continents. Contemporary art works by over 2500 artists will be on display from June 10 through June 14, 2009. The exhibition includes the highest-quality paintings, sculptures, drawings, installations, photographs, video and editioned works.

I’ve never seen someone age so much in 5yrs as brad has done.

I love pictures of Brad/Angie with kids. Each of them just lights up every time they are around children. I see that in pictures all the time. Brad and Angie each have said that Brad loves to draw and paint. I wonder if that is one of the reasons they go to art stores and museums all the time. Angie and Brad have also said that the kids make gifts for each other. If you have ever had a chance to work in any way with kids you will know how much they love making things and giving them to people.
I was watching Extra and saw that Brad (Plan B ) is Producing Julia Roberts next movie.. I am not a great fan of her’s but will see it.
Hoping for more pics of the family. Angie should be wrapping up Salt this week. Then the family is going to CA I think…

Alrighty Brad. He’s indulging in what he loves. These days art can be found for nothing due to the economy. What he just brough was maybe 1/3 of what is was two years ago. You just wait when the market turns around in a few years. Although Brad probably buys for love rather than investment, anything he buys now will appreciate in a few years and beyond.

What with the crappy performance of misManagement I’m surprised Columbia Pictures didn’t pull the plug on that bad boy. Whoever’s financing this dog is throwing good money after bad. Wouldn’t want to have to explain this one to my shareholders…
I also agree that the JP are a very creative family. Some families are sports influences some are arts influenced. when you have Brad & Angelina ’s career in the arts, it’s only natural that their interests gravitate to allied creative fields

Yeah…that was a hilarious night. You (and your gazillion ex-fiancees), Dragonfly and, IIRC, Maniston and Gitane were killing it that night.!
‘Look at me, I’m sloppy seconds Fox: Puleeze, there was one Audrey Hepburn, one Marilyn Monroe, one Sophia Loren and ONE Angelina Jolie!!! Fox is on the x level of things, an image creator, not the real deal. For all her efforts to be bad azz, she simply comes across as white bread.

He’ll take what’s offered and leave her cryin’………..maybe he can carry this movie over the 1 Million mark…………we know she can’t do it without another major draw. Brad jets off to Switzerland for a day, he must feel so free and empowered with his new and exciting life with so much happiness and so many interests awaiting him every day. Talk about two fulfilled and self actualized people who were lucky enough to have found each other and not take it for granted.

I called bullshit on Fox yesterday, but it’s nice to see the media, even foreign media, riding her ass about it. Just 3 weeks ago Lies & Shite stole my Megan-Fox-is-stealing-Angie’s-look Photoshop side-by-side comparison idea and did a story with Fox wearing a bunch of outfits and hairdos that she copied from old pix of Angie.
