Former O.C. actress Rachel Bilson and a mystery male (not fiance Hayden Christensen) grab a bite to eat at Aroma Cafe on Tuesday afternoon (June 9) in Studio City, Calif.
Duff sisters Hilary and Haylie frequent the same yummy eatery, as well as High School Musical sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.

@BeautifulBilson: You’re right, they are hips but unfortunately they are not toned hips! She’s too heavy in that area than a lot of similar proportioned actresses who make more of an effort to keep their figure looking good.
There is something very odd about all the press attention she receives both singly and as one half of a couple. It seems out of proportion with her actual importance. Genuine A-listers often don’t seem to receive as much attention as she does and yet she has never really appeared in anything of interest. She insists she is a private person and yet seems to welcome press intrusion even in situations where Hayden appears horribly uncomfortable. It all comes across as being hypocritical!
This Little Moe reminds me of that monkey that got its hand stuck because it wouldn’t let go of the banana. She keeps on doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome but still turning out disastrous. Keeping up w/ this nonsense would inevitably resulted of her whining about how HW not taking her seriously that’s why she can’t seriously (on her own merit) get an acting job - how insightful that is woosh!

OC actress again. That show went off the air years ago. Everyone else has moved on and gotten other jobs. She needs a complete makeover because she still looks pretty much the same as when she started that show. Most people grow up and change as they get older but not her. She looks like she is still trying to be a teenager. It doesn’t seem to be working, not with all the talented teenagers and young twenties out there. All her meetings don’t seem to be landing her any jobs. She should stop trying for movies and go back to bad TV soap operas. Know your acting limitations and work within them Rachel.

@voice of reason: There’s quite a big difference between starvation and looking after one’s self. People who starve themselves to look good and people who don’t make the effort to look good usually have low self esteem. There is a happy medium. Maybe Hayden does like her with extra meat on her bones but it is still a disproportionate body image.
As to pictures of her selling, yes they do but they don’t command a very high price. One article quoted it as being between $7000 and $15000 a picture depending on content whereas more lucrative celebrities can earn a pap up to $100,000. Pictures of her aren’t as popular as you seem to think. It is the disparity between her supposed desire for privacy and the fact that the press are allowed a lot of access to her in public which is peculiar. Other celebrities seem to be able to function perfectly well away from the public eye and positively dislike drawing unwarrented attention to themselves when going about their private business. Odd no.

There are certain places where paps hang out because they know a celebrity sighting is almost guaranteed, international airports are one but most just don’t hang around the corners of public streets hoping for the odd celebrity to turn up. The majority of sightings come from tip offs. Near to where I live we have several people who are of notable press interest. One actress has just starred in a recent HW blockbuster yet she shops at the local supermarket with very little fuss and attention and, hey, guess what! No photographers! She is also very pleasant and unassuming. I did wonder if I should buy her husband a pair of laces though, he was in serious jeopardy of losing his shoes.
It’s all about over exposure in this case. Too much and people lose interest. The level of exposure has to be in accordance with the importance of the subject and content.
As much time she puts into what she is wearing ,maybe as a fashion editor she should wided her verizon and read allure magazine they have some helpful beauty tips as well as hair.

Yes, this stupid psuedo-relationship was arranged to give both of them some publicity to revive their declining careers, also used to promote Lacoste. I don’t know if Rachel was being paid for that as well but she and he and his mother and sister all got all-expenses paid vacation in Paris for 10 days, all the two ‘love birds’ had to do was show up and look pretty and do some sham PDAs for a couple of days.

@voice of reason: HC is just an actor, just that, nothing more. He may be a better actor than some and he’s certainly a worse actor than others. RB is a young woman paddling around the edge of the celebrity circuit with little discernable talent to recommend her. In that respect, they are no different to many others in la la land.
He is unlikely to be gay since there is not the social stigma attached to it that there used to be. Their relationship is a little odd in some aspects but then so, again, are many others. They are average.
They are not demi gods worthy of worship, they are not icons worthy of respect and they are not luminaries worthy of press attention.
They’re just two people of average ability, average intelligence and average looks.
