OlderAnn Curry: Angelina Jolie’s Got An Exciting Project In The Works
Ann Curry has interviewed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie many times. Here’s what the 52-year-old NBC journalist told OK! about the power couple:
On Angelina: “I like her a lot. I see her as a very smart person, a very compassionate person who does movies.”
On Brad and Angie highlighting about what really matters in life: “What I love is that when you talk to actors you know the good they can do – it’s really touching because there are so many reasons why they could be just selfish and focus on themselves, but they’re not. When very very powerful people like Angie and Brad are focused on lovely projects that really change peoples lives you just want to applaud them, it’s just fantastic.”
On Angie’s upcoming project: “In fact I may be talking to Angie coming up very soon. It’s something important and I’m excited to see her again.”

Gosh. You say that as if that’s a BAD thing. I can assure you that NBC doesn’t mind one bit because Brad & Angie have stopped doing the other morning shows and Today always gets an exclusive interview with them.

You’re an ignorant. People can’t force other people to do charities. That generous gesture comes from the heart. Either you’re a giver or you aren’t. And they’re givers. That’s why they’re so beautiful inside out. They have every right to be a selfish, self-absorbed person (it’s their right to be a person with whatever personality they want and it’s your right to judge them), yet they don’t go that way. This is what Ann Curry meant. They have a right to choose right and wrong. Therefore, it’s touching to see how much they care.

I left a response to the letter to Naomi. she actually responded with ‘if Naomi had written what I had she would not have had an issue”…….I just left another comment re the fact that she based her opposition to AJ being an icon on the “fact” that there had been a ‘very, public affair.” That one is in mod at the moment. Hey, I saw your post as I recall the term ’screed……it’s there. I also noticed what Briseis referenced, the know/no thingee. For a gal who’s hosting a ‘writing’ blog, it was a bit daunting.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I certainly hope Ann Curry is never again allowed to interview Angelina, or Brad by NBC or by anyone else!
Ann Curry was absolutely nauseating when she interviewed Brad re: his Inglorious ******* movie. It must have been, and looked like it was the most uncomfortable interview Brad ever did.
She was fawning all over him, touching him, touching his face, literally in his face. - when he moved to the right she moved to the right to keep him focused on her.
Is this woman going thru a change of life experience or what? Did she perhaps believe the tabloid rumors about a “split” and thought she had a chance to snag Brad Pitt for herself? Asking him that dumb question “Is this the happiest time in your life???” Telling him “all the women are jealous of me now because….yak,, yak….” What was wrong with that woman?
He was there to discuss the movie…NOT his personal life. And not with her.
She was completely out of line and by her behavior, she showed total disrespect and disregard for Angelina and Brad’s children.
I hope NBC is savvy enough to never allow this woman to make a total fool of herself and NBC again. She should have been suspended right after that disgusting performance.
Had that been a male interviewer and had he done to a female star what Curry did to Brad, there would have been shouts of sexual harassment from then until now.
Matt Lauer should interview Angelina for whatever special project she is working on. He is a gentleman and a professional.

I know Access Hollywood is as ridiculous as all the other Entertainment shows, but I’m happy to see them telling the other side…THE TRUTHFUL side for a change…
TO VAL:
They will NEVER give up trying to distroy Brad and Angie because they are working something out about their OWN life and interpersnal relationships. They are blinded by envy and jealousy for a couple who are attractive and successful and rich and well respected around the world…..but they feel that somehow they don’t deserve it, and that if these two GOREOUS PEOPLE are allowed to be happy, then their world just doesnt make sense. So they will try to thwart them at every turn. Sad. Cause THE UNIVERSE WILL JUST CONTINUE TO SUPPORT GOOD PEOPLE LIKE ANGIE AND BRAD, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DEFEAT EVIL PEOPLE LIKE THE TABLOID EDITORS/BLOGGERS and HATERS.
