OlderMegan Fox: I’m No Jennifer Aniston
Megan Fox is still adjusting to all of the attention she’s been receiving since Transformers. Here’s what she opened up to Entertainment Tonight about:
On her newfound fame: “I definitely feel ill-prepared. I mean, I don’t know if anyone ever sits back and goes, ‘Now is the moment that I think I should be a famous celebrity.’ I know I’m struggling with trying to figure out how to how to live in it — but I definitely feel it’s premature. I mean, I was in one movie that people have seen.”
On keeping herself grounded: “I see some people who have to deal with it on an everyday basis — I am not a Jennifer Aniston or a Britney Spears or even a Lindsay Lohan, you know? My pictures don’t sell for that kind of money. But [of] the small level that I do deal with it, it is hard and there have been times [when] people don’t want to hang out with me because they don’t want to end up on the Internet. I sometimes just turn around and go back home and don’t do anything and have to have someone go do my grocery shopping.”
On establishing herself in Hollywood: “I need to behave in a way and handle myself in a way that will cause people to take me seriously. You can be sexy and be intelligent and be taken seriously, or you can be sexy and you can be out at clubs every night and not be [taken seriously]. I haven’t gone completely insane — but it might happen soon.”

how can chiniston’s fan think she is gorgerous. look at her chin. also, look at the wrinkles around her eyes. how can they said she looks young. her body looks young but her face is all wrinkly.

why are people bashing her for mentioning jennifer aniston, britney, and lindsay lohan? she didn’t say anything bag about them. All she said was that she’s not nearly as famous as they are and therefore does not have to deal with as much paparazzi as they do.

I think that in any era in Hollywood, there is always an actress being emulated. I’m talking about Monroe with Jane Mansfield to Madonna; Marlene Dietrich with Greta Garbo to Nicole Kidman and others… then, there is Brigitt Bardot with Angelina Jolie to Megan Fox….
I do believe that these images are just emulations of actresses from the old times to current times. I think it is a compliment but has to be carefully handled well with success. I hope Fox will be graceful and not overdo it or else, she’ll lose herself totally.
Yeah…because she’s been in only about 3ish movies that were worth seeing. Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen does not count.
