Hugh Jackman & Deborra Lee Furness: Date Night Out
Hugh Jackman takes a relaxing walk in Manhattan with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness before heading out for a date night on Wednesday (June 10).
The 40-year-old Sexiest Man Alive recently received X-rated outtakes from his recent movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
“There was lots of footage where you really can’t show those naked bits. So what they’ve done is give me my privates in a bag,” Hugh told the NY Post. As for what Hugh plans to do with them, the Aussie joked, “I shall let them out to play now and then.”

she’s 54 and he just turned 40 !!!!!!
If you enlarge the photo of her…..she looks older than 54! One would think she is his mom…almost.
Just wait……he will meet someone his age or probably younger…in the near future. Hollywood marriages just don’t last long.
I’ve actually been with the two of them. She IS a know it all! … and he seems rather mild mannered and passive.

I think we can safely rule out make-up and a hairbrush being in that big bag. Looks like it came from Goodwill. In 1985 - when she bought everything else in her wardrobe (and by everything else I mean all six pieces)
It’s rare to see a couple where the man is much better looking than the woman. But I respect any Hollywood couple that can stay together for that long

They met on a tv show they were working on for the person he asked. I don’t want to be disrespectful but she does look like his grandma.. But if he’s happy than that’s cool. She does however have the WORST taste in clothess
The facial expressions are kinda weird when they were holding hands. See pic #2 and the second to the last.
Having said that, it is good that they stay together.
if you have your children young, you can be a young grandma too. even at 35 yu begin to be in the grandma age, and kids will call you “old”.
let alone 40 or 40something.
ha, i am around the “grandma age and I haven’t had my first child. I may relate more to deborra than to anyone else calling her names, even though my hubby is no hugh jackman.. fierce looking and well mannered!!!
Grandma has really strange shoes. They look like platform shoes from the 70’s! Check them out! LOL!!!
I’ve been married for 14 years and known my spouse since 1991. However, I don’t make it a habit to tell people that at every turn! There are lots of people that are happily married. However, I can say that there is NOT a gross imbalance in age or appearace in my marriage!!!
She is 48 not 54 as Hugh was on the the tv program “the view” in 2003 and said she is 8 years older than him, it’s on youtube.
People who have met them say she is VERY bossy and opinionated and that she wears the pants in the relationship
His mother left the family when he was 8, some people think it’s a mother complex. He did mention the subject in an interview with Howard Stern and said his father was worried that was the reason he was marrying her when he was only 26.
I was wondering, why have they been in NYC for such a long period of time?

If she is 48 then she is the oldest 48-year-old I ever saw in my life, along with Susan Boyle.
I’d rather believe she is 53, as indicated in imdb and another interview (she graduated from high school in 1973).

For years Hugh and Deb have been less than truthful about the age gap but now the truth has come out for some reason.
Women should only lie about their age when they can pull it off. Unfortunately Deb looks older than her actual age so lying was even worse.

But Susan Boyle isn’t married to someone hunky like Hugh so it doesn’t matter that she’s got talent but not looks.
They put Oscar’s birth announcement in Deb’s high school alumni newsletter - for the class of ‘73. Either she was brilliant and graduated high school at 13 or she’s really 54 not 48.
Rather Deborah is 48 or 54…Hugh is 40 years old and he too is Grandpa age.
What bothers me is not the age difference, but one person being so bossy and dominant over the other. No wonder she is the “rock” of his life.
I looked her up in a few places…
she was born in 1955….which means she is 54. She looks it and a little older too.
I am 56 but look younger than her!
I think his wife looks great for her age. Plus she has a great personality and seems very grounded. She’s perfect for him.

He did live in australia until recently. They moved to nyc in november. They have been living on and off in australia and the u.s for years now.
Hugh is gorgeous as usual, she’s VERY LUCKY!
