I can see how next season will go… REALLY high ratings the first few eppis and then they will drop.

IMO no one can replace chad.

I see the crazies are out! Speaking of those hot guys I’d love to roll around them anytime. Robert looks adorable. i haven’t seen Lipstick Jungle but he looks like a fine addition.

This guy may be hott and a good actor but he is NOT replacing Chad…How can they replace a main character LOL. I am happy that chad walked away from this show. Just because Chad walked away does not make him a bad person. I can’t believe some people are one minded and think that way. Some of you guys still hold stuff against him for whatever reason, you all act like he did something bad to ya’ll ummmm NO. Chad makes mistakes and some critize him and belittle him. He is after all human and no one is perfect. The way some can just sit there and say nasty things about him says alot about who you are as a person. I wish Robert luck, I am sure he will do good in OTH.

The Brooke/Sophia stans are already plotting a romantic union between him and her.

Fyl Chad CHOSE to leave the show!!! Of course he would say that he got told to leave because they wanted to save money but if you believe that you’re kind of an idiot…Why would OTH fire Chad and hire someone else?! Anyone who says Sophia can shut it because they broke up in season 3 and they continued to work together!! There relationship has NOTHING to do with the show anymore!! They are mature about it, maybe the viewers can be too!!

Chad wanted to leave, he wanted to act in movies, he felt like he had done everything he could on OTH, he figured it would be the last season however it wasn’t but he CHOSE to leave!! He was not fired, they did refuse to pay him more money but w.e all in all Chad chose to leave the show..

And they couldn’t have Chad leave and keep Hilarie around, why because well Lucas without Peyton is impossible and can’t be done-i mean sure they could have killed Chad but I am sure that would have pissed a lot more people off…So since Chad wanted to leave it was time for Hilarie to leave too…

It sucks they are leaving but this isn’t CHAD show!! Sure this show started off as a boy trying to fit in and discover himself aka Lucas but the show has grown so much more and has become more about other characters and no not just the core five, don’t forget about Mouth, Skills, the parents, etc- This show may have started off about Lucas but it is not CHAD show..

I am a die hard fan and I love this show and I will not stop watching or boycott because Chad DECIDED to leave the show. I will continue to watch because I personally love the show and I think Robert will bring a lot of spice to the show… and P.S> IT A TV SHOW!!! IT NOT REAL GET OVER IT!!

Yes, Chad CHOSE to leave the show, and yet people belittle him for it? Honesly, if Chad had stayed with this show for another year, I would have been disappointed in him because his heart is not in it anymore and all of us know that and if HE would have stayed it would have THEN been for the money and not because he is doing something he loves. Chad did right by walking away and in my opinion as a viewer of the show there is really nothing left to tell. They way season 6 ended wrapped up everything pretty great, although I think Mark did that because he knows season 7 will be totally different. Still, people are going to talk about Chad regardless of why he left, we honeslty can’t say that he left based soley on money, if so please post proof of this. Anyways. the whole debicle with CH departeture was handled poorly by both parties. Yes, that includes the network too. When I read Ostroff interview regarding CH departure I could not belive this woman runs a network…she sounded petty and just nooo….Anyways I love Chad and I thank him for the 6 years he gave and the charity events he did with it…. and this guy is no way a replacement for him because A) you can’t replace a main character with a secondary one sheeeesh….

anyways i hate how people bash him for leaving. if he had stayed he would have been bashed as well. i’m glad he can get away from a lot of these ‘fans’. its not fair to hate someone for quitting a job and complain because he is on the show.

next season will have lots of new stories to tell. I heard there will be a one year time jump so they’ll be able to explain the lost cast members. I saw that vid that was put on the web where Chad was asking fans to blog so he could keep his job. Both Chad and Hilarie played chicken with the CW for money. We all can see how that turned out.

Robert is so damn hawt! I’m watching for sure.
