I read the article on another website and it was not Brad and Angelina who donated this money - it was Brad’s brother and his wife. a wing was named after Jane Pitt - their mother.
Hmmm…the spouses of Brad’s siblings are called out. For Brad it is ‘family”. I find the lack of direct mention of Angelina’s name interesting in its absence.
If you listen to the video and Doug’s speech, I think it is clear Brad has factored in this donation…he has put money into it.

I believe, if you read the article about this, that it was Brad and his two siblings, and their spouses that donated the money for the hospital in the name of their mother, Jane Pitt. Three kids, and they donated together.
Brad has a mind of his own, and that doesn’t mean that Angelina is not involved, but it does mean that Brad is perfectly capable of doing something with his brother and sister on his own in his own hometown without there being trouble in his relationship with his partner.
Why do people always have to look for trouble, or disparage even the donating of $1 million to sick children? Are your lives that miserable?
St Jude’s website says Brad and Angie made donation on behalf of Brad’s siblings to honor Jane Pitt through Jolie- Pitt Foundation. Btw Doug works for the JP foundation.

It´s great that Brad, Angie, Doug & Lisa PItt and Julie & Rob Neal donated money for the hospital in their hometown. And what makes it even more special is that the wing will be named after their mum Jane PItt. Jane and Bill Pitt sure are very proud of their children and their families. No matter what the tabloids say Angelina and Jane Pitt certainly are very close to one another.

i’ve heard that andrew’s book is being published by st martin’s press in the united states next winter. but i would be willing to be they”ll try to have it out for xmas. as for the book by the other person; i don’t know. what i want to know is what brad pitt’s family is going to say. i don’t think it’s any secret that his mother does not like angie. all you have to do is look at the few photos angie and his mom together.

What’s wrong with people! When this couple donates overseas, they cry, “Charity begins at home.” Now that they donate at home, these idiots find something else to criticize.
Again, I don’t understand how something so charitable can be criticize by some. Donations to needy causes are a good thing–right? Why is it that because it has to do with the Jolie-Pitts it is treated with suspect. To those of us that applaud a good deed–and accept it as so–thank you !!!
