OlderGerard Butler is Brooklyn Buff
Gerard Butler puts his hands up on his hips (because when he dips, you dip, we dip) as he shoots his new movie, Bounty Hunter, in Brooklyn, New York City on Monday morning (June 15).
The 39-year-old Scottish stud saw The Hangover earlier this month and told NYMag:“I’ve got to tell you, it was kind of crazy, but a lot of the stuff that happened in that movie I’ve been through myself. That sounds like a huge exaggeration, but it’s really not.”
He also explained he’s never been to a bachelor party that was not bacchanalian: “They just don’t want to face it. But if they were honest with themselves, they’d go, ‘Oh, you know what? They were f—ing chickens.’ That’s why the chicken was in the movie, by the way. They couldn’t go that far, but I have no doubt they were f—ing chickens. (pauses) My career just went down the tubes, eh?”

#103: The NY Post is somewhat late with that, LOL. According to Rachel Roy’s Twitter page she went to see that show last week. GB has obviously already moved on (see the chillin’ tweet), LOL.
And I agree with Louise, we’ll probably hear about new sightings every day, LOL. Hope is alleged girlfriend isn’t the jealous type… Although it would be quite a hoot if she came flying in to NYC like she supposedly did to India, LOL.

The Calvin Klein thing was apparently one of several aftershows of that award show. Since he was filming late yesterday he probably didn’t make it to the award show in time and only went to the party.
The Calvin Klein thing is a separate event. This is the “last gasp” for the social season in NY. Lots of events before everyone heads off for summer.
So all the socialites will leave NYC soon and Butler will be stuck alone with Aniston? LOL
I’m pretty sure he has a herd on standby, just in case.

You know all the positive and negative comments, gossip etc. are really feeding GB career. You do know that, don’t you, people? As long as people are talking about him, he stays in the public eye. Once they stop talking, his career is dead. So keep up the good work, folks.

Talk is cheap. It doesn’t necessarily mean more butts in the seats at his films.His post-300 movies are proof. I wonder how many more flops his career can withstand? There is a whole crop of young good-looking actors bringing in the box offices. He better deliver soon.
I find the shots entertaining and I always love the shots of Gerry smilin’ cause you know he’s being silly or problaby just told a crude joke. True he might party too much and stay out too late and at his age (cough, cough), at our age, it will catch up with you and show faster than when he was 20. But hey, he seems to be havin’ fun and feelin’ happy so good for him.

He’s looking very studly and handsome in these pictures. I just keep staring at the gorgeous eyes. the muscles, and those thights! I’ll probably never get to meet him, but you give me a window into what he’s doing! I’m so proud of him for his acting and his acceptance by the “in’s” of the entertainment/fashion industries! What a lot of energy he has!!! “The Ugly Truth” and “Gamer” are coming soon, yippee!!! @StinkyLouise: The frannies on Gals are alreadly organizing a New York tour while Gerry is filming the Bounty. They will find out where he is filming and where he hangs out so they have a better chance of accidentally bumping into him. They don’t stalk you know, bumping into him 5 times in one week is purely good fortune.

Stinky- I still stand by my comment. Whether or not he gets butts in seats, he’s still a working actor and as evidenced here and many other sites, there’s a lot of talking going on both positive and negative. Curiosity seekers all, including you. He’s drawing attention and that feeds his career until it dies done and stops. Until then all you lovely people can move on to another victim.
