Katie Holmes Gets Happy With Judy Garland
For her performance on So You Think You Can Dance, Katie Holmes will re-create Judy Garland’s “Get Happy,” from her 1950 musical, Summer Stock.
An Us Weekly spywitness says Katie will twirl her hair and “seductively shakes her hips” in an all-black ensemble similar to Garland’s: black velvet fedora, patent leather heels, nylon stockings, body-hugging skirt and micro-mini skirt.
Tyce Diorio choreographed the routine while the show’s producer and judge Nigel Lythgoe directed.
Katie’s performance “might broadcast this week as news has started to leak out — but they’re trying to save it for July 8th, as that is the 100th episode.”

If Tom and Katie truly wanted the paps to stop with the stalking, they would take steps to minimize the invasion. Brangelina is one of the most bankable and sellable pap and tabloid favorites. Covers with them on it outsell covers with Katie (you can check the figures out yourself by googling one of the rating services).
Yet Brangelina has taken steps to protect their children who go to school and do many activities just like Suri.
Have you ever noticed that we see very few pics of the couple and the kid when they don’t want to be seen? For instance Tom has pretty much been out of sight for the last six weeks or so. Does this mean he has stayed home and communed with Xenu? I seriously doubt it. He knows how to get in and out of his fortress without getting caught in the pap limelight. Katie does too. Makes you wonder why they use Suri as prop?
And have you ever noticed on Katie’s “unannounced” trips that the paps are inside the stores (you rarely see this with the Brange as the store owners generally don’t allow the paps in) and are there before Katie is–they are there in time to take copious photos of her getting out of the car etc.
I don’t particularly care one way or the other for TomKat, Kurban, Brangelina, Bennifer etc., but TomKat seems to invite the paps to take the photos. As much as you see Violet Affleck, the photos aren’t as intrusive.
Personally I think Tommy Girl is terrified of losing his popularity and is desperately trying anything and everything to stay relevant an on top of the game. Unfortunately for him he has been supplanted by a younger crowd and the reality stars. He doesn’t get the fact that he is closing in on 50 and he has lost touch with the younger set which are the ones that do the screaming, following, ticket buying etc for the most part.

As someone who has seen well over 200 Broadway Plays (I keep the stubs and programs), Katie was an embarrassment to those actors who have worked their butts off over the years to play on Broadway. If Katie hadn’t married Tommy Girl there is no way in he*ll she would have gotten that part.

How lucky you are to live in OR near New York City and be able to see so many wonderful and talented people. The only time I ever saw Katie Holmes dance was on Eli Stone and I was not impressed. Sadly, the critic’s that I read, really tore her apart. Other than that, I would watch her a few times on Dawson’s Creek, but mainly for the entire show, NOT just for her. Then, I became bored with the show, when other new programs began to air.
The infatuation with her started with the Suri. Then the beautiful wedding. After that, I must state, after reading what Scientology has done to people and is STILL doing to people, and that Tom Cruise and other celebrity member’s are very involved, it makes me sick.
THEN, I started feeling sorry for her, BUT she is a big girl and can get out. I really don’t think she wants to now though. She is either scared, or loves the $$$$$$$$$$, WAY to much.
How sad there is a precious child involved in all of this. I wonder what they do to her in that Center when she goes, and what they teach her at such a young age ?
I DON’T see Katie having hugh legs and ankles, BUT, her lack of constant make-up and choice of fashion lately, is disturbing, considering what she USED to look like 3 to 4 years ago. She does not even have THAT smile anymore with Tom, like she did before. When she does, it is obviously forced and strained. It is like she is saying, ” Get me out of here PLEASE.”
So, I guess, no-one knows the talent like you after attending so many shows.

TO ” PETRA, ” SORRY, but I’m NOT an idiot, like you hope. Find someone else to lay that title on. OK ? And for the cleaning of the ” Cult Toliets. ” I just cleaned my own today, and I’m out of the mood to do any more, and besides, I’m pretty sure the Mothership beams down a robotic ” something or another ” to do those chores that no-one else wants to do, OR they get someone off their list who has NOT paid their final bill or dues yet. After this poor person gets done, he or she can then hand out all the evil paper work that ( I don’t do paper work either, but Thank You ), the little Hubbards have printed up for the upcoming week-end, and impending 4th of July Holiday.
That may be their biggest recruiting period, so I’m sure the printing machines will be working overtime. Stay away from the corner where the Scientology Celebrity Center is ” PETRA, ” and have a Great Week-end !!!!!
