Stephanie Pratt: The Hills Caused My Bulimia
The Hills star Stephanie Pratt has overthrown Us Weekly’s reigning cover story queen Kate Gosselin! (She was the lead story seven weeks in a row.)
The 5-foot-7 23-year-old Hills star (and younger sister to bad boy Spencer Pratt) reveals she started battling bulimia after watching a scene she shot with costar Lauren Conrad in 2007: “I was horrified. I remember saying, ‘I can’t believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.’”
Another time, when filming in Hawaii with bikinis, the size 0-2 Stephanie asked costar Audrina Patridge, “What looks better, ’shirt on or off?’”
Audrina said ‘On.’”

That’s so true. Doesn’t it seem like every actress in Hollywood claims to be a size 2? I don’t know where they do their clothes shopping, but I’m quite a bit thinner than Stephanie is in that picture, and I’m still a size 3 to 4. (And no, I’m not bulimic.) Why would you even think being a size 0 is something to brag about? Seriously, if a 5′7 woman was really a size 0 she’d look like a cancer patient. All you have to do is look at these actresses to see that they’re skinny. There’s no reason for them to feel like they have to lie about what size they wear. It’s ridiculous.
@anna: Bulimia doesn’t always make you lose weight. Anorexia’s more of a sure shot thing.
