OlderShia LaBeouf: My Mom Is Fly As Hell
Shia LaBeouf is standing by the comments he made about his mother being the “sexiest woman” he knows. Here’s what the 23-year-old Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen star told Extra:
On calling his mother the sexiest woman he knows: “It was Mother’s Day coming up and I don’t have any problems appearing crazy to make my mother smile, but she is the most beautiful woman on this planet and I love her. She’s fly as hell. I stand by that. My mom’s awesome….I think the sickness is also on the other end to be able to twist the words and make it as ridiculous as that. Clearly, I’m not having sex with my mother. It’s ridiculous.”
On possibly doing another Indiana Jones film: “I’m an actor for hire. I have no control in terms of that movie. Last I heard they’re making progress in terms of the story. I know Harrison [Ford] is fired up to get back in there as soon as possible and George [Lucas] and Steven [Spielberg] want to make another one…They’re making progress but nothing is definite about it. ”
On doing the sequel to Wall Street: “We’re deep in prep now. We start in August… It’s definitely going to be different. Just the financial landscape is very different. We’re talking about the crime of the century…It’s a crime. Blatant crime…In this financial climate, it’s very relevant.”

Wow!! Odepus complex much. I don’t get why actors say these crazy, outlandish things just so they can appear cool, mysterious, or dark…he’s coming across as some kind of weird. Talking about sex and your mom in the same sentence seems strange to me.
I just don’t get why he chose to refer to her as ’sexy’. Had he said that his mother was the most beautiful woman he knew it would’ve just been really cute and nice. Sexy is just not the correct word to describe your mother…
I just asked my boyfriend if he thinks his mom is sexy his response “I don’t look at my mom like that” nuf said
All i can say is that, Shia is the best guy and most talented actor in the world. Also he is very cute, hot, handsome, omg i love him.

I don’t get why people are so shocked by this. Let him love his mother. This is just the perfect example of the Oedipus complex, that is it. =) I think it’s cute :D At least, he loves his mother more than anything and doesn’t care about what people might think of him. I love Shia! I’m old enuf to be his Mom and I liked him even before he said all that silly stuff. Of course moms like to think we R sexy. I think Shia has to be one of the most interesting young actors to watch on screen. I’ve enjoyed all of his movies. If you haven’t seen him in anything but Indiana Jones or Transformers, you R missing something, bcz he’s a very good actor. I think He and Emile Hirsch are the best of the younger bunch. I like Joseph Gordon Levitt and Channing Tatum, too.

I think it’s sweet that he love’s his mom so much.. I don’t see what’s so weird about him… It says a lot that he’s close to his mom, most kids ignore their parents after they turn 18. He’s cute and a good actor and tells it like it is.. and he also likes to joke a lot by the way he talks in interviews…

He’s young and most young people don’t think before they speak. That’s the problem with most of young Hollywood, they think if they have a thought , they actually have to put it into words. They need to keep some things to themselves. Saying you think your mom is SEXY has a totally different connotation than saying you think she is beautiful. If you don’t want to be thought of as being weird or crazy, try to stop saying weird or crazy things.

My mom is sexy. All my male friends had crushes on her and a few actually hit on her during my college years.. she never encouraged it or anything.. just a beautiful and sexy mom. I had a damn crowd lining up if they thought she was going to go to the beach or the pool with me. I am sure my brother if asked would say the same.
My mom had us when she was really young and we were always best friends as well as enjoyed a healthy mother/daughter relationship..so maybe thats what the difference is.
I guess it depends on the parent.
Shia cared about his mother so much that when his father was in rehab and money was needed he went out and stepped up to provide for his family. He took care of his mom… he hired his Dad to be his on set guardian so he could make sure he made it to AA meetings. And he has a great relationship with his Mom today.. hanging out. And he totally accepts her eccentricity and hippie culture lifestyle that provided him with an unorthodox childhood. Good for him. Kudos.

And that’s what makes Shia so interesting and unique. I read about his life and I just think that he’s so different. He was never the handsome boy who got all the girls. He had a family that most kids would shudder about, but Shia is just down to earth. He celebrates his life, his shortcomings and his great fortune. I think people like him a lot and want him to be successful. He’s not pretentious at all.

Oh please, give it a break with the misconstrued media stories regarding Shia LaBeouf. He’s a legit actor who makes his movies big even without special effects, and he comes from a pretty original family, which is probably why he is where he is today.
Plus, I would also assume his mom is “fly as hell,” as well. Get something new on someone else people.
