OlderI Just Watched The ‘Melrose Place’ Pilot…
Pete Wentz and wife Ashlee Simpson take their 7-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli, to a vintage car show at Travis Barker’s shop ‘Famous Stars and Straps’ in Los Angeles on Saturday (June 20).
Over the weekend, I watched the pilot of CW’s new Melrose Place. In Ashlee’s opening scene, she screams like a banshee after finding a dead body floating in the pool of her apartment complex. Unfortunately, the rest of her time in the episode is not very memorable.
Producers squeezed in a lot of scenes into the pilot, so things seemed a bit choppy. The most enjoyable character to watch was Michael Rady, who plays cute and quirky aspiring filmmaker Jonah Miller. He makes his living as a videographer of weddings and bar mitzvahs for the rich and famous after moving to Los Angeles with his fiancee Riley Richmond (Jessica Lucas).
Melrose Place will air on Tuesdays @ 9PM ET/PT after 90210. Check out the preview below!

Umm looks like Sydney sleeps with Michaels son I wonder if his mom is Jane ? which would make him her nephew, thats just plain wrong and gross
Jared, did you like Michael Rady the best because you think he’s cute??? I thought his acting was terrible in the pilot (I too have seen the whole thing). The only characters worth watching were Sydney and Michael.
Never mind my comment I googled Melrose Place and read what happen with Michael and Jane.
They tried to age Katie Cassidy too much. It didn’t work.
That guy who played Jonah is the most interesting. He’s got charisma and seems like a nice guy and not another Hollywood clone that is all about hair colors and makeup.
I don’t knwo if I’ll watch, since the rest seems kinda blah, but I might tune in to watch him.

And Michael Rady!! The guy from Traveling Pants! Aw I loved him in that movie. Melrose Place probably isn’t going to do very good things for his career except get him on tv :(

OMG that baby has a huge head. You can tell she desperately need this Melrose thing to be a hit lol because she don’t have nothing else left but reality shows.
I don’t mind Ashlee, but I don’t think acting is her thing. Maybe she should have stayed with ballet. Supposedly she was pretty good at that.
