Kate Gosselin Bottles It Up
A barefoot Kate Gosselin steps outside to meet the delivery man for their shipment of bottled water on Wednesday (June 24) in Reading, Penn.
TMZ was able to get a hold of the divorce documents that the 34-year-old registered nurse filed on Monday. Part of the document states that the “plaintiff and defendant have been unable to agree as to the equitable distribution” of their respective property.
As for what to expect for the show, a “carefully placed” source tells the Daily News that Jon Gosselin’s reported girlfriend, Deanna Hummel, will join the show when original episodes return on Aug. 3. “Because she’s part of Jon’s life, she’ll be filmed.”

why the heck is Deanna going to be a part of the show? She has nothing to do with the family, & obviously played apart in the break up of their marriage. I think this is a really hard situation for all of them, especially Jon & Kate, but I really hope the kids make it through okay. It’s hard in any case for kids, even teenagers to understand a divorce…I just hope they are okay.
Personally i feel sad for the kids. Didnt they just renew their wedding vows last yr? I mean what was that all about. So if the past few months Jon just realized who he was, and yada yada…well he should have known that years ago. But anyways whats done is done, and i feel sorry for every party involved. Kate needs a manly man, and Jon needs a younger woman who he can pretend to be young again with.
Kate is a good mother in my eyes, her kids are so sweet, and at the end of the day, nobody knows what she is feeling. Also I dont blame her one bit for doing the show, if she saves the money and gives her kids a better life,good education and etc… I dont blame her, with 8 kids no regular job could send them all to school.
Its just a shame that the downfall of their marriage is on T.V. for their kids to grow up and probably see one day!
D*mn, I hope Deanna Hummel is preparing for a serious onslaught of hate coming her way if she goes on the show. The world hates a homewrecker and the tide will seriously turn in Kate’s favor if Hummel goes on the show. What the f*ck is Jon thinking??? Anyway, I think Jon is a pansy and Kate can find herself a real man, I just feel bad for those kids. And I hope Kate learned her lesson in being too agressive toward her mate!
kate may be mean but john has no balls. was he considering his children when he went and purchased a harley and a sportscar. hes excited about the next chapter of his life since hes only 32yrs old. kate is not the only one in it for the money, i believe john is looking at a 700 sq ft apt in new york for 3,200 a month. how is he paying for that with no job.
They are both losers! They blame everone but themselves. My heart goes out to their eight tards.

OT, but I thought it would be interesting for others to know one of the reasons why the children play in the driveway. The children are not to get dirty or track grass or dirt in the house. They are mostly confined to their basement and bedrooms. The professionally decorated dining room, living room, study and parents rooms are strictly off limits to all. The children are not allowed past an imaginary line in the eat-in kitchen and only allowed during meals. Ift hey play in their bedrooms they must go to them directly. They pretty much exist all day in the walk-out basement/den with the wet bar and mini kitchen. This was witnessed by an individual who performed work for them over several days.
Kate is so proud of her feet.
A little wacky : this does not surprise me at all. Playing out front for all to see and be photographed. Those poor children lead a very structured life set by Kate.
As a parent of triplets and 2 older siblings you need to have certain limits but we always let the kids be kids, to roam and play and sometimes it was downright out of control crazy!!!! I do think Kate has crossed the ocd line and she sets a bad example for parents of multiples.
I agree with posters that Kate is totally trying to set it up to bust Jon’s balls. She is going to get NASTY with this divorce, you just wait. Kate thinks she has been wronged and will probably do and say anything to throw all the fault John’s way. Trouble is I know i don’t buy it. No way. Kate has been a b***h since day one of filming so why would that changenow.
The girl named Deanna is not going to be on their show. TLC confirmed and Jon said he hardly talks to her anymore.

custody since the kids seem much happier when they are with him.
If you have been watching the show ,you know Jon isn’t just a punching bag, he is Kate’s Punching Bag! Seriously if he treated her that way the authorities would be called. I bet John FINALLY got tried of Kate’s behavior and walked. If they have been separated for over a year, it’s to bad TLC didn’t pull the plug on the charade. The fans do not like to be made fools of Kate.
@Ashley: AMEN Ashley!!! Jon is a cheating loser. Kate had to be the leader. Jon has no leadership skills. Deanna has been his world for almost a year now. Jon should move into the house he and Kate moved out of. It has not sold. Deanna could live there with him. He does not need the condo in NYC
If they have had problems for so long, why did they get remarried 9 months ago??? Their kids must be SO confused.

Being mean-spirited, making esmasculating your man and feeling entitled to put your 8 kids on TV, does not a strong woman make! From what I’ve seen on the show, how is Kate Gosselin any different from the women featured on Bridezilla.

i dont think kate is a *****. i think it just her way of handling “9″ kids. if jon was mature enough as a father and take control of things maybe kate wouldnt always have to tell him what to do. the kids have more fun with jon just because he is still a kid. someone has to take control of that house. if i was the responsible one with 8 kids i wouldnt want them tracking dirt and grass in my house either. i know how it is with 2 kids and cant imagine adding in 6 more. i see on mondays show that no matter how much jon complains about doing it and losing his privacy he says that he will continue to do the show when he has the kids. guess he needs it to pay his $3200 a month rent. i believe he was the one that get let go from his job because all he did was search the internet for freebies. guess kate isnt the only money hungry one. i dont believe the show ever let us see the true spineless jon. he always seemed to be wandering around not knowing what to do. you would think that after all this time he would know what needs to be done and just do it without always having to be told. then maybe kate wouldnt have seemed so harsh

I know many people that know them and they have been saying something that none of you people ever seem to consider : Did you ever think that they have been seperated for a while,but have been saving face infront of the camera ? Everyone who is close have known or guessed this for a while.No one has said much about it because they have 8 kids to try to support and their show, no matter what the circumstances, provided well for them.Especially with all of the product placement etc. That all equals $$$
I have heard that he didn’t want to continue the lie and he wanted to move on with his life. Which is fine, marriages fail,it is a part of life. Honestly though,if they really really cared about saving their marriage,they would have ended the show and went to see a marriage therapist.
And to Ashley, YOU sound very young and inexperienced. If you were mature enough, you would understand that in a marriage, no one should EVER disrespect each other like that. I come from a large family.My grandmother had 12 children (2 died when they were young,one stillborn,one had a heart condition),my mom has 5,her sister has 7 (two of which are twins). As with most immigrant families it is expected that we breed after marriage,so a lot of the kids have been close together.I have never ever seen behaviour like what Kate displays coming from anyone. Especially infront of their children.I remember my parents would always go out to the minivan to have their fights and they would come back in after everything was resolved.
I think to defend anyone speaking that way to anyone is disgusting. That is verbal abuse.I don’t care how much you clean it up and try to make excuses like “its because she has so many kids). My grandma would go and do all her work on the farm,cook clean,mind her house,plant rice etc and then she still made the time for her children and husband. She would never ever talk to her husband in a rude manner and he wouldn’t either because they believed that it would give their kids bad ways and make them more prone to back talk.I know my grand probably wished she has nannies and stuff like Kate and Jon.
Needless to say,it was about time Jon grew a spine. If he had one in the first place he would have not give in when Kate decided to have more kids after Maddie and Kara. But he did, so now they should both shut up and become impartial to each other especially infront of the children. Your relationship may end, but never ever put the children in between it and never make them take sides or become damaged goods from your shortcomings.You may stop being each other’s spouse,but they never stop being the child’s father,so you must be mature and put your bullcap aside ifyou don’t want your kids tainted.
Respect is a two way street, you have to give it,in order to get it.
Jon is a total loser. Had the perfect kids, had a beutiful wife, but threw it all away for what? Never mind the mid-life crises, he is total example of what not to be of a human being;. I know his father is turning over in his grave and his mother would be probably proud of him at this moment, not. He will realize that his is a total loser when all is said and done.

She’s an ugly homewrecker and that’s all she’ll ever be. This went from my favorite show and favorite family to me praying on their behalf and now after reading this, and if it’s true, I will not watch that. It’s not what I supported and not what I will ever support.

I don’t usually comment on any site other than Gerard Butler’s, but I’ve been watching this show from the getgo, so I’m going to say my bit.
I watched the recent episode and I’m so on Kate’s side. Jon is a real tool.
If he said one more time “I’m only 32,” I would have screamed. You may be 32, but you still have 8 kids. You admit you sat back and let her rule the roost. That’s your fault. Not her’s. Someone had to take charge.
Now what, Jon? You want to go have fun and live in a nice apartment in Trump Tower on money you earned from your kids’ fame?
Lord, I feel like one of the posters I so dislike, but Jon is a real creep, IMO.
