Black Eyed Peas Love Louis Vuitton
Wil.i.am and Fergie hold hands as they arrive with the rest of their Black Eyed Peas band mates at Paris Menswear Fashion Week’s Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2010 show at Le 104 on Thursday (June 25).
Below is a video of Fergie’s husband Josh Duhamel on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. When Jimmy jokingly asked Josh about his wife beating up gossip blogger Perez Hilton, Josh commented, “She’s a regular badass, my wife.”
While he was kidding about his wife beating anyone up, his serious comment regarding the altercation between Perez Hilton and will.i.am, which resulted in the band’s manager punching Perez in the face, was, “I try not to get into it especially now because I don’t think he deserves that much—he’s got more press than he deserves from this whole thing.”
Josh also stated that Perez got what he deserved: “He goes a little below the belt…and when you poke somebody in the chest enough and when you call them enough names, I think it’s good to get your nose bloody.”
Kimmel teased that Josh should have been the one to punch Perez. Josh’s response: “I kind of wish it was me!”
Josh stars in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, in theaters now!

So his name is pronounced…Doo-Mel? But there’s an ‘H’…
fergie is disgusting, wrinkle-y, bean*r from hacienda heights, california. she and her bandmates should not be in the industry if they cannot take criticism about her music from the press, whether it’s perez or any other person. that’s what started everything - her going going to perez twice to whine about his not liking the new record. please.
Dear Josh and Fergie - It’s 100% true that Fergie is FUGLY
look at that face! Could stop a thousand ships!!! Man, that is some serious fug.
fergie looks great like always!
Fergie and Josh are the cutest couple ever! I’m so glad they got married.
It matters not a whit wheter Fergie is ugly or beautiful, or whether Perez is a saint or a parasite, or whether BEP’s music sucks or not. There are laws. Canadian law is not the same as US or California law. Basically, you cannot physically assault someone without being held accountable. Molina will have to appear in court in Canada, be investigated, and bear the consequences of his action as prescribed by law. Not by what you or I think. The civil suit in California is an entirely separate and additional issue and will be handled by the Superior Court of Los Angeles county.
It the evidence, and there is an abundance of it, convinces the authorities in Canada that Perez committed an offence under Canadian law, he may be charged with this. The chances of this happening are very slim. However, if he is chaged, then he will have to appear in court to face the charges. As he is not in Canada, he is safe for the time being. However, under such a circumstance, he would have to be vey careful about any future visits to Canada. When Molina’s case comes up in Canada, Perez may be required to appear as well. It is too early to tell.
The kind of personally abusive language that Perez normally uses to describe people whom he does not like, might be considered quite OK in the US, but would be considered unacceptable in most of the civilized world. After reading tons of online comments here in the US, I get the sense that the overwhelming majority of private commentators favor the BEP and Fergie. Most were quite forceful in their opinion that Perez got what he deserved. Perez himself expressed surprize and disappointment with this fact. If I were Fergie, I would get some good legal advice on whether there was a case for suing Perez for libel.
@jj: She is pretty [!]
