Robert Pattinson: It’s Another Vamp-Off
Under a hoodie and pair of shades, Robert Pattinson arrives on the set of Remember Me in New York City on Friday (June 26).
The 23-year-old British actor, who plays Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise, was insulted by fellow vampire Stephen Moyer, who plays Bill Compton on HBO’s True Blood.
“He’s a pu—!” Moyer told Marie Claire in this month’s issue. “He’s the Slim-Fast, Diet Coke of vampires.” (Moyer was likely referring to Edward, not Robert himself.)

True Blood is a lot better written than Twilight. Like Buffy it actually has something to say. Anyway Eric pawns them both in the vamp department.

If you really care about Rob, hope and pray for his safety and peace of mind while he films in NYC…. he’s had some close calls.
Rob P is not hot. But I get it. It’s like that C-list celeb.. crap, whatshisname.. right, that’s why he’s C-list.. the guy who plays Chuck on GG..? Ed Westwick! ok, so right.. like that guy.. it’s more the characters that they play that make them “hot” to people but really, they’re not goodlooking guys.
LOL@ at the twihards and their delusions. One, I don’t think the actor was being serious when he said that…and if he was, he’s kind of right. Meyer had stripped Edward of everything that makes a vampire a vampire. I’m all for playing with the mythology, but not destroying it all together. Even the queen of the genre, Anne Rice chooses True Blood over Twilight.
True Blood actually has something to say about society. Twilight is more like light reading. Not to be taken seriously.
And if you quite watching True Blood for what was said, don’t let the door hit you. Besides. Eric can kick both Bill and Edward’s ass!
Moyer was joking !! Twilight is for a younger audience it was hardly gonna be hardcore was it ??? And yeah Rob is incredibly goodlooking and appears to be a hell of a nice guy, I didnt think those two things went hand in hand. That film was so lucky to get a guy like him who is obviously VERY patient because i cant imagine anyone putting up with the stalking that poor guy has had since last year. I think the crazy fans are worse than the paps sometimes. Another actor would have told several of them to GET THE F*U*C*K out of his face. Mom and dad Pattinson did a fine job with him i reckon. Hope it eases up on him after the movies are done though he deserves some privacy and normalcy.

this guy is overrated. if you want my honest opinion, I think this guy is hot. But he’s not gorgeously hot.

i live right around the corner where he was shooting!!! and i saw him! but he wouldnt sign anything! i coundnt even take pics cause there was people blocking him i was soo mad!!! and he didnt even wave or smilr or anything!!!!!!!!!! but he is sooooo hot in person!!!!!!!! i still love him

ok I just have to say the picture of Rob in the black t-shirt is oh my god Sexy!! there’s things i’d like to do to that man that are probably illegal in some states. you can not look at that picture and say that mans abs were fake in the New Moon pictures. (Not that i was one of those people.)
