Transformers 2 Blasts Weekend Box Office
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen raked in a massive $201.2 million these last five days, second best to The Dark Knight’s five-day haul of $203.8 million.
Despite earning a pathetic 20% on RottenTomatoes.com, moviegoers came out in droves this past weekend to see the Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox show.
The biggest movie of the year so far is Star Trek, which has totaled $244 million over seven weeks.

to be honest, this movie was nothing more than special effects and hot girls. i can’t stand movies these days; what has hollywood come to? it seems that being hot automatically makes you an actor. what a shame.
btw, this movie had mediocre acting. bring out some talented average girls to play this movie! looks aren’t everything!
why does jared keep posting about that isabel lucas girl. she wasnt that great in the movie…

I don’t like Isabel at all. She’s not pretty in the movie nor in candids.
transformers kicked ass, even though it was very long.. and it kind of gave me a headache. ayo, son [jared] you’re obsessed with that chick. she spoke all of 5 words and was in the movie for about 5mins total! she’s 80 lbs soaking wet and has a mega misshaped head. your taste is fcuked up.
seriously, megan was fcuking sexy in transformers. she aint have to say a word! everytime she hit the screen dudes and women were going crazy. she’s to fcuking sexy for her own good (but their tans were o.d).
oh my freaking god megan fox was terrible in this movie but she was hot! in 20 years, will you guys still like her as an actress once she’s not so hot?
looks are not EVERYTHING. her career will last as long as her looks are still intact, which is not very long.
she was just a tool to get a ton of guys to see the movie.
I saw this movie and it SUCKED!!!! What a waste of my money! All the female roles are sexist because all they do is pout and wear skimpy clothes. I liked the fact that Isabel Lucas’ character had some edge because she turned out to be bad, but other than that she was just like Megan Fox’s character.
isabel stole my heart and i think she stole the mans who watched the movie.. a lot of jealous girls are posting bad things about isabel
and no, can’t put any actors in the movie because some peoples like me tought the special effects boring

The movie was not entertaining! I was so bored I was just wishing for the movie to end about 30 min. into it.
Isabel Lucas is very meh…way too thin and too much makeup. Megan is prettier but she is such a bad actress and does the sexpot thing way too much. Her mouth looked ridiculous throughout the movie. Kinda funny-looking actually.
I liked it. I thought it was better than the 1st one, but I liked that one too. Lots of action and also funny. Both Megan and Isabel are beautiful. Both had too much spray tan in the movie though. And Isabel does need to eat. Shia is cute in the movie.

This movie sucked so bad. Why did they have to ruin it. Couldn’t they take their time and get a good script? So disappointed.
Both Isabel and Megan were told by Michael Bay to look more sexy. Isabel has been quoted saying that she’s never gotten that direction before from any director other than Bay. That to me speaks volumes about Bay not only as a director but as a person. I wonder if Shia and the other guys in the film were told to look more sexy. I bet not. I understand that for some T&A is the best thing imaginable and sex will always sell, but as a person who studied film, it’s disappointing that Megan and Isabel’s characters were reduced down to just looking hot.
Their characters could have been both beautiful and extremely strong as well as endearing just as much as the guys. I know some say, hey, it’s a summer blockbuster with hot chicks that was just about the explosions, it’s for fun and not to be taken seriously. I absolutely enjoy blockbusters and explosions in movies. I just think that a balance could have been struck between having a huge summer blockbuster and having the lead female characters be not only beautiful but strong-willed and able just as their male counter-parts without being told to be more sexy.
first one was better but this one was good still. i thought isabel lucas was pretty but they never explained her, obviously we know she is bad but all other robots are cars/machines with fake humans in them so she was kind of random.

just saw this earlier.. the hot guy w/the straw haired commom cute girlie friend in the dress three sizes too small, was more interesting :/
i thought the first transformers was *ok* and feel the same about the sequel.
Sometimes the CGI is just too jumbled, the corny jokes ALA American Pie can go and the story line/plot was just too out there.
If your home theater sucks and you like transformers then see it in the theaters, otherwise watch ot once and toss it
