Hilary Duff Joins Gossip Girl!!!

Hilary Duff is joining Gossip Girl for a multi-episode arc, sources confirm to EW. OMG!!!!!

The 21-year-old singer/actress will play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience. She ends up rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr). E! also reports that Olivia will be the new love interest for Dan (Penn Badgley).

The Duffster is scheduled to debut in this season’s fourth episode, slated to air on Monday, October 5th.

It’s a TV show and they should cast whoever they think will bring in ratings, #49.

They don’t ‘need’ to give anyone a chance at anything. It’s the people who’ve already made it that should have first dibs on roles.

Twilight was a bad movie and people knew who Kristen Stewart was.

I like Hilary Duff.Nice polite cute girl.I only hate the fact that this storyline means more vanessa abrams screen time.Now they are attaching her to known names, after they attached her to every single cast member .I don’t know what that moron is still doing on the show
