@Passing Through: how could this be for last year when she just signed on for Salt this year? I never trust forbes because Giselle Bundchen once admitted that they were way off when they named her riches model or something like that. The only reason they do the list is for publicity.

The time period for Forbes’ list is July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. As for the numbers Forbes comes up with? NOBODY agrees with them, not just Gisele. Like GC said earlier - either Forbes is pulling the numbers out of their asses or the people they “consult” with for their survey are. Take your pick. Here’s the info someone else posted earlier about who Forbes consulted with to come up with these numbers…

Cameron Diaz supposedly made $30MIL on Shrek 3 - all backend, no salary up-front. And she made less than Eddie Murphy & Mike Myers. Shrek The Third made $799MIL worldwide, had $173.5MIL in US DVD sales, the studios don’t even disclose what they make in international DVD sales. That’s at least $972 MILLION…and then there’s DVD rentals, promotional tie-ins, broadcast tv and PPV rights, etc. That movie probably made someone in the neighborhood of $1.5-2 BILLION. Of coure it cost $160MIL to make and they probably spent $100MIL more on marketing, but Dreamworks still made almost $1BIL in profits off that movie. So Diaz getting $30MIL isn’t as far-fetched at is sounds. Just going by the $972MIL US numbers - if you double production costs and marketing, that’s what the movie would have needed to make to about break even - $520MIL. That would give them a profit of $452MIL. If Diaz got 6.75%…that’s $30.51MIL. Totally doable…

If you go back and read JJ threads you will read that regulars who are not Aniston fans were saying that she would get back with Mayer. Regulars predicted they would breakup after the Oscars also. So your theory doesn’t mean much. JJ regulars so predicted there would be rumors about her and GB and that she would be seen with an up and coming young actor.
No inside information needed. Just an understanding of how shallow and needy Aniston is. Also how gullible her fans like you are.

ROTFL. You beat me to it. It doesn’t take an insider to know what X is going to do. Right now she’s laying low, trying to figure out her options now that Closet Boy had blown up her battleship. She had her ass tugged back to the boatyard to make repairs and restock her fuel and ammo supply. Right this very moment Bloatler is trying to figure out how he can speed up the shooting schedule to make sure they’re done before late August/early September when she needs to start pimping TNCM. And you can bet your ass Aaron Eckhart is watching closely to see if Bloatler escapes or if he’s going to have to play Dodge The Needy One during the movie promotional period…
