Michael Jackson’s Final Rehearsal — VIDEO
Here is the video of Michael Jackson having a run-through during his final concert rehearsal at the Staples Center on Tuesday (June 23) in Los Angeles.
AEG, promoter of Michael’s planned London shows, released the video of the 50-year-old entertainer rehearsing. After going into cardiac arrest on June 25, Michael later died at the age of 50 at UCLA Medical Center.

My heart grieves for him, his family and the millions of fans he left. MJ surely is a true icon of music. Legendary!

I have watched this clip on the internet and seen it on TV many times… makes me cry because he was trying and yet looked a little frail.. but the spark and moves were there.. that little smile at the end is so tragic.. I just can’t believe he was 2 days away from dying when this was filmed. Such a terrible loss and those poor beautiful children. My heart is aching for his family and those children. He was a gifted, amazing performer and spirit, but also very troubled. He left us far too soon. I hope there are a few doctors who pay for this, he did not have to die, he was enabled by greedy, licensed drug-pushers.
Man, he looks pretty frail there, it’s too bad he was such a musical talent and pioneer for so many artists.

I don’t know what video you were watching but anybody could see that Micheal was sick and was not in any condition to do any shows let alone 50!!!
I felt sorry when I saw that video because he looked lost tired bewildered and not physically or mentally able to perform. If AEG released thise to prove he was in great shape it shows the complete opposite. I wanted to cry when I saw what he has been reduced to.
Even at the press conference in March 2009 announcing the beginning of a come back tour in 4 months!!! he was not in any shape and seemed to be on something.
AEG and the unethical doctors that allowed Micheal to distroy hisself they took a oath to do no harm and every one of the so called doctors that allowed Micheal to buy any medical procedure he wanted whether it was not in his best interest. I don’t know how you can sleep at night. The best comment I have heard is “That he did not have to die”
I just heard about the insurance policy, maybe AEG realized that Micheal was not going to be able to do any shows and figured they would not take a loss and helped Micheal die. A case of worth more dead than alive.
I hope Micheal finds the peace in death that he could not find here on earth.
MJ was extremely talented and I will miss him. I feel so sad for his children. The girl playing guitar with his band is the same girl that played with Carrie Underwood’s band at this years grammys when Carrie sang “Last Name”. She is really good and is trying to establish herself here in Anerica.

It’s such a sad thing that has happened. I also feel sad for the choreographer, Kenny Ortega who was working with Michael Jackson for this tour. I’m sure he must be taking MJ’s death very hard, being that he’s been working with him and known him for a long time.
In the video, you can see that Michael Jackson preserved his energy for the stage…how sad we won’t get to see him perform live.

I was always a fan of his music I will miss him terribly, he is one of the biggest singers, of my time. i was about nine when thriller came out and for along time that’s all our music was and our music teachers would teach, about this amazing man, how true his talent was. I was sorry to hear he passed on may he rest in peace.

i was thinking the same thing while watching this .. he seemed a bit tired and sluggish almost for him. such a shame and those poor kids theyre all so young.
I love his smile at the end of the video. He died doing what he loved. We should all be so lucky to be doing what we love to the end.
I love this man– he’s the sweetest and most talented artist I’ve ever known. He’s humble, generous and has the kindest heart. We love you, michael !! We’re very sad not having you around anymore. Every time i try and think which one of his is my favourite song,
i can never choose… he just had too many great hits.
The world has lost a legend, truly amazing, and something we will never, ever, ever see again. He was a wonderful person as well as performer, he was different (in a good way) i would rather be different then be boring. All the rumours about him are not true, never belive the press and the media, they say things to make people buy their papers ect. He touched all that met him, and i honestly cant think of one bad thing to say about him. He gave to those less fortunate and loved his fans and was a great dad. Michael Jackson will never be forgotton, and although he has gone, his music and spirit still lives on. My love goes out to his family, children and friends. RIP MJ x
