Bruno Meets David Letterman

Sacha Baron Cohen as Bruno strikes a number of poses outside the Ed Sullivan Theater for the Late Show With David Letterman in New York City, on Thursday (July 9).

Earlier this week, Cohen, 37, appeared on the Late Show With David Letterman, but not in character as Bruno. He shared the process about how they went about getting an interview with a terrorist for the movie.

Bruno will be released today (July 10) in the US.

he’s actually quite good looking.

Here is the thing, i am soooo put off by the agresive publicity for this movie that i simply refuse to go and see it! And i wont!

He is funny, but i dont like something being shoved down my throat so shamelessly!

I saw him when I was coming home from Midtown. I also saw Demi Moore last year.

# 5

I wish this guy would just disappear. I find him REVOLTING.

I really thought Borat was dumb and I watched 25 minutes of it and turned it off, I NEVER DO THAT so that was BAD, i heard this is the same style movie, all weird skits back to back..

Raquel BLOW ME!

She is put off by the publicity - so go and watch the low-budget sh*t then! Oh man people like you should be hung by their genitals…

What a B**CH!!!

The problem with his “characters” is that they become overexposed real quick! Stop already. Let the movie speak for itself.

I agree with North. I can’t believe anyone with an IQ over 50 would go see this movie.

i think this Movie Would Be really very Funny,
The trailers and its publicity march was totally awesome.

lila honey take you meds!!!

I would rather stab a fork in my eyes than go see this overexposed, stupid crap!

@nyer: you saw a celebrity.. in person?? OMG.. you are the coolest.. let’s call the papers..

This kid does not have any shame … how the day of carnival leave home …

Hey, Jared, how come Brüno’s outfit doesn’t have any of the little blue circles that tell you how you can buy the same clothes he’s wearing?

i am sure i will not watch this terrible movie

Shakirakitten @ 07/10/2009 at 2:13 pm

Hilarious, funny and the Charlie Chaplin of our time.

im so tired of seeing this guy everywhere
he’s starting 2 annoy me and in most of his interviews he repeats the same jokes, it’s just getting old
im not sure if ill watch the movie anymore, i really wanted 2 at first, but i watched a bunch of little parts and i doubt anything else is gonna be different
it depends on how it gets critiqued

I wouldn’t walk across the street to see this or any movie this jerk is in. I find him totally UNFUNNY and revolting, in fact. I’ll just be glad when the publicity tour is over and he goes back under the rock he crawled out from. ICK.

He’s really tiresome. Borat was not funny, this looks like it’s going to be even worse.

I agree with others… Cohen’s schtick is really tiresome and offensive. Oh, sure, he’s being deliberately offensive, but the premise of his last two films has basically been about making fools of ordinary people. He’s smug, unfunny and and a relentless self promoter.

I won’t be going to see this film. I saw previews.. that was enough to make me nauseous.
